je conseille
le personnel (accueil, service étage, service de salle PdJ) se comporte de façon très professionelle très attentif aux besoins de la clientèle, l'hotel très confortable, est très bien placé en centre ville tt sse fait à pied - super séjour.

Great location and convenience
This hotel is very convenient to the trains, shops and restaurants. I really liked the location right on Wenceslas Square and easy to find food and souvenirs. Walking distance to many things.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel -far from it!!
While this hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable, it was not near a 5 star hotel. I would not rate this hotel anything above a 3-3.5 star. I have stayed in 3-5 star hotels across Europe... so from experience, i can say this was very ordinary. i wouldn't have any issue if this hotel was sold as a 3-3.5 start hotel, but take exception to the fact that its promoted as a 5 star. this was misleading. Room was small, but fairly clean; air-condition did not work (only heating worked) so i was advised to open window to cool room down. Breakfast was not bad, quite nice actually, but again, not near a 5 star. Coffee was great! Well stocked in-room mini-bar.Helpful staff

nous avons beaucoup apprecié notre séjour dans ce grand hotel de luxe situé sur une très belle avenue d'une magnifique capitale chargée d'histoires,et de différents types architecturaux. excellent.

Hôtel très bien situé
Hôtel très bien situé, directement sur la place Venceslas, à quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville et des principaux sites touristiques. Les chambres sont confortables (celles ne donnant pas sur la place Venceslas sont au calme), le personnel compétent et le buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Vendu pour un 5 étoiles, cet hôtel affiche sur place "4 étoiles luxe" : il s'agit des "normes locales", à ne pas comparer donc avec un classement similaire pour un hôtel en France.

Excellent location and very clean hotel. I would stay again in the next visit. Some minor issues with wi-fi, bathroom water and renovation operations but generaly very good.
