Great Value!
Great hotel for the price! It is clean, efficient, and quite attractive. Though not in the very best tourist location, it is close to tram and metro -- so it really doesn't matter. I would stay there again and have no qualms about recommending it to others.

Get the 24 hour pass at the nearby Metro station. Costs about $6.00. Use it for Metro, trams, buses, and the funicular. Great deal -- better than taking a tour or one of the hop on/hop off bus tours.

Great hotel in great location!
I have stayed in this hotel couple of times already. The staff are friendly, breakfast is nice, beds are comfortable, rooms are very spacious and location is just perfect. It is very quiet and very close to all main attractions in Prague. I would recommend it to everyone!

'Lekha Hlava' - very nice vegetarian restaurant, food is delicious, staff is extremely friendly and they speak very good English, my favourite veg restaurant in town:-) Nice for lunch or dinner, not for large groups - as the place is quite small. Prices are very reasonable, you must try eggplant quesadilla, yummy! they accept card payments too.

Personnel à l'acceuil toujours de bon conseil et serviable, chambres impeccables, mais n'y allez pas pour le sauna, personne ne semble savoir exactement comment il fonctionne et il est presque toujours "froid".

Ce séjour nous a beaucoup plus. La salle de fitness esttrès bien. Le petit plus étant le sauna accessible. Le petit moins étant d'avoir un lit séparé en deux lits simples peu confortable. Trés bon accueil

Valentine weekend break
The location of the hotel was great it was possible to walk to all the beautiful sites Prague has to offer. The rooms were average, clean, and warm which was great as the tempeture was -17 at night so the heat was very welcome on returning to the room. Breakfast was very nice, good selection of food. As a weekend break it was fine, nothing special and lacking any kind of romance considering the weekend it was.

If you get fed up of the local food and fancy some good Thai, there is a great restaurant 2 minutes away. Drinks are cheap too.

Bel Hotel bien situé
Hotel bien situé. Proche du centre touristique (á pieds) et du métro (trajet Aeroport/Hotel facile en bus puis métro). Propre, spacieux et bien équipé (utiliser le DAB dans l'hôtel et se méfier des bureaux de change du centre-ville). Petit déjeuner excellent et personnel serviable. Wi-fi de qualité. Aucun regret d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour visiter une superbe ville.

Misleading information on the front page stating "airport shuttle included". They only provide a pick up, not a drop off, which was precisely what I needed. I am not sure what was going on with their bed mattresses, but you would not be able to lay on them comfortably, leave alone to sleep on them. It literally felt like a wooden board was underneath the sheet. The portable shower was hooked on the wall at your knees level, so you would have to hold it in your hand if you needed to water yourself. Breakfast was good, but they didn't have the decaf. coffee. The bar right across the street from a hotel is open very late and every night I heard physical fighting that was going on in front of it for a while. No police was ever present. The hotel interior was beautiful, as well as the interior of the room that I was staying in,but the comfort comes first with me and I would not stay there again.

A nice, old, but well-renovated place
A very nice breakfast buffet! The front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly! A spacious room, but the old bed was creaky and the TV got only two English-language channels. The hotel efficiently arranged a car pick-up and return to the airport.

Go online to get the concert schedule of Smetana Hall in the Municipal Building: there are a lot of very good concerts there. Across the square is the Palladium shopping center, which has some very nice shops and wonderful restaurants.
