Good Value
Very clean US style rooms. Very good free breakfast in the morning that was more than cereal and pastries. A few blocks from the Old Town center, but an easy 10-15 minute walk through some of the less tourist oriented shops. Within a couple blocks of much more expensive options. Felt very safe in the area.

Not friendly Hotel
The Clarion At Prague wasn't what I expected. At my arrival at noon, my room was set but the people at the front desk, very unpolite, not even said good afternoon, welcome, long faces, terrible! The room was confortable, small but clean, the bathroom ok, we never saw a soap at all, only the shampoo container at the shower. The maid only made half the room only half the bed because there where clothes on it, and I found my pijamas hanging from the table lamp, We even took pictures, at the moment I was very upset, but later we laugh so much! The location was good. Breakfast buffet, the most terrible I ever had. And the service terrible too! When we left to the airport the bell boy didn't even try to help with the luggage, I had to ask Him, He was just next to Me. I don't know what it's going on in this Hotel but was the most unfriendly people I ever known! I will not recomend this Hotel!

OK hotel, expensive though.
Prague has changed a lot in the past few years. Mainly prices have increased at an huge rate, and this hotel is no exception. The parking garage for the hotel is a 10 minute walk away, and you have to be escorted there and back. The hotel itself is fine, just very expensive for what you get. The staff are friendly and helpful.
