We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to all attractions and sights. Beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. Would have eaten in the restaurant except we were turned off by the abrupt and off-hand service we received in the bar from a waiter who was looking after the bar and the restaurant one night. I think this was a one-off as the rest of the staff were excellent. Would definitiely stay there again.

６階の部屋に滞在したがエレベーターを降りてから部屋までが真っ
６階の部屋に滞在したがエレベーターを降りてから部屋までが真っ暗で証明のスイッチがどこにあるのかわからなかった。部屋の電気も定期的に切れる。調整の仕方がわからなかった。ホテルの立地はとても良く部屋は快適だった。

Everything nice, excellent location,
Everything nice, excellent location, efficient & nice service, comfortable bedrooms. Only improvement needed is breakfast where fruit juices are water with a vague undefined fruity taste

Hôtel très propre, entretenu et bien équipé. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner correct. Bien situé à 2 minutes du métro et tramways. 5 minutes à pied du pont St Charles. Utilisation payant (env. 21 €) de l'espace sauna/hamman/jacussi + 2 appareils de mise en forme mais sur ce prix nous avons eu l'utilisation privative de ce beau espace ce qui est très agréable.

Nice hotel. Great view of the castle from rooms 501 and 507. Staff are very helpful. Only complaint is that there is only one staff member for breakfast, so be prepared to line up for breakfast and wait for everything.

Caution - 1 Star Service, 4 Star Looks
This is a beautiful boutique hotel although I encountered a few problems during my stay. The room the porter took me to wasn't cleaned and readied and they did not know how to handle this except to just leave me in the room. They claimed later that the hotel was full, although it was clearly almost empty. The requests to the front desk and manager weren't handled with the competency you would expect from even a three star hotel. Also, the front desk advised that the best way to get to the airport is by taxi for about 700 to 800 CZK ($45) but this is not true as pointed out by another reviewer. For 26 CZK ($1.40) the metro and bus are very convenient. Upon checkout they asked that I wait while they go to the room and inspect the minibar, which they say is standard practice. All-in-all a cute boutique property but the service and staff are not on par with a four or five star property, so don't be disappointed.

Un hotêl très agréable et idéalement
Un hotêl très agréable et idéalement situé. Seul bémol la salle du petit-déjeuner est un peu petite par rapport aux nombre de clients.
