Hotel is locally known as CERNA LISKA. It is situated directly on the Old Town Square right behind the Astronomical clock. It is also in the close proximity of the famous Jewish quarter. A historical gothic building was reconstructed onto the quality hotel class. Hotel rooms offer either hand painted historical ceilings or wooden beams in the attic spaces. Private bathroom, safe box, internet access, air condition and minibar. You can experience a stunning view of the Old Town Square at selected rooms. Our stylish restaurant, wine cellar or summer terrace invite you to enjoy our renowned vegetarian and international cuisine. Parking is available at the Rudolfinum Palace.

Great choice!

This is a "local" place, charming, staff is helpful. Mostly it is right on the main square and very well priced. Breakfast was included, and just right. It is NOT (nor did we expect) an American style hotel with fitness amenities etc.

Sightseeing tips: Short walk from hotel

It is two blocks to a tram stop for tram 18 which goes across the river. Get off at the 1st stop, switch to tram 22 which goes up to the castle. Coming back, do the reverse. Saves a lot of walking and is cheap compared to cabs.

Best Location

The location is fantastic! We could walk everywhere. The room was nice size, with a nice view of the plaza. The bathroom was OK. The breakfast was fine. It is a great value for your money. No luxury but nice place to stay. I would recommend it to my friends.
