Angenäma bankett- och konferensfaciliteter finns att tillgå på hotellet. Du kan också ta ett dopp i någon av de två stora poolerna, begrunda världen från jacuzzin, gömma dig i de skuggiga tropiska trädgårdarna med en bra bok eller ta en promenad till stranden som ligger endast några minuter bort. Det finns också ett fitnesscenter, bastu, spa, skönhetssalong och mycket mer.

Worst hotel experience ever!
This had to be the worst experience at a hotel by far. After a long 10 hour drive from Koh Samoi we were greeted with a bad attitude at the check in counter. This lady was RUDE! Not to mention i booked 3 rooms as it seemed it was too much for her to handle. Once we got into our rooms i noticed the air condition was not the best. I barely felt cool air. The TV channels was fuzzy. No where to plug anything in to charge my devices. I even noticed blood stains on the bed sheets. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody! Even if you were my worst enemy.

Location is very good especially for first time visitor. Everything you need are just after the hotel entrance. Beaches, seasports, restaurants, shopping and entertainment are just walking distance fro the hotel. Service is great. Upgraded to better and higher floor of room facing the sea with in house dinner is very much worth.

I had a blast here!
I stayed at the Patong Beach Hotel for 8 days on my vacation, the hotel is exactly as pictured on the website. It is centrally located the only taxi i needed was from the airport to the hotel. Good retaurants/shopping are all within walking distance. Of course i fell for the upgrade to the better room with the purchase of a ticket to a dinner and a show, i enjoyed the food and the show. The staff was excellent going above and beyond what i expected. I will stay at this hotel for my next trip to Phuket. There was some kind of construction going on during my stay and it was noisy at times, but i didnt mind. I had read reviews complaining of hard beds before my trip, the bed was very firm but was comfortable.

Excellent location. Near to beach
Excellent location. Near to beach & walking distance to the mall, and all the eateries & pubs. Upgraded us to the deluxe room with condition of buying the dinner at THB250 per pax. Had the dinner at the poolside. Food was ok, but serving was small, and a little slow.

Durant mes 10 nuitées au Patong Beach Hotel Phuket et malgré mes demandes à la femme de ménage ainsi qu'a la reception, les draps du lit n'ont jamais été changer! HONTEUX!!! POUR UN HOTEL 4****

Loved the hotel. We stayed in
Loved the hotel. We stayed in the superior twin room on 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Excellent room. Beds were firm but very comfortable. When we arrive they offered an upgrade to one of their highrise rooms that was lovely and overlooked the sea but our room overlooking the pool was better and easier to access the pool. Staff were extremely helpful. Had no problems with any additional charges like some people have experienced. It was lovely to see the staff dress in their traditional clothes each day. The hotel was very quiet yet in the heart of the everything. Will definately stay at Patong Beach Hotel again. Loved it.
