The resort's extensive conference and banqueting facilities, as well as the flexible management enable to cater from international conferences to theme nights. Furthermore, recreational facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness centre, sauna and much more.
FOC late check out until 14.00 hrs. depend on room availablity (on request).

Location was not very good. Everything else was great.
Friendly staff, good food, nice pool, great pool bar and fun pup. Rooms clean and comfortable, nice bathroom and shower. Great for families almost great for singles except for too far from nightlife. Cost mee too much to get around. I would reccomend this hotel anyway.

Cholchan Pattaya Resort
Too many bad things to mention here are a couple They charge you for everything,guest,shuttle,internet,breakfast,I do not mind getting charged for breakfast if it was good which it was not. The room smells like mold. With the exception of one manager the staff was rude. Its far from downtown Pattaya so it sucks when they charge you for the shuttle into town. I had a suit made in Bangkok and had it delivered to my hotel. The hotel misplaced my suit for 3 days they had no idea where it was the only good part was that one manager was very helpful. Also there are very limited outlets in the room I had to call the desk for an extension cord to plug in my CPAP device. I will never ever stay at this hotel again it was one of my worse hotel experiences ever.

Short drive from hotel
Try to find a hotel that's close to downtown. It doesn't have to be smack in the middle but it should be close enough for a quick cab ride
