We were only there for 3 nights, didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but it was perfect for accessing daytime excursions/activities and enjoying the vibrant nightlife.

DOES NOT HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE
This western style high rise is clean and modern, with a great location directly across the street from the night bazaar. We however, booked because they advertise an airport shuttle. On arrival at the airport we were told to take a taxi because the shuttle only runs TO the airport. When it was time to go back to the airport we were told the shuttle does not actually go to the airport it goes to a shopping mall.

Die Lage direkt am Nachtmarkt
Die Lage direkt am Nachtmarkt ist einfach ideal. Das Deluxe-Zimmer ist richtig hübsch, wenn auch etwas klein. Auch sonst macht das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck. Maßlos allerdings fand ich die Preisgestaltung für das WiFi im Zimmer. Das gibt es in Thailand in fast jedem Guesthouse kostenlos und die "großen" Hotels meinen immer, sie müssten da die Hand aufhalten. Schade eigentlich.

Excellent!!
Great for its value. The service was wonderful. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Convinient location but not with a spectacular view. The internet service was great.

Really beautiful oasis in the heart
THEY SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH! This was a well managed hotel, very clean, great service, staff been with hotel for many years. . . close to D2 and half the price! Very quiet and lots of tourist families and couples. . . night bazar right outside! EASY airport transfers. . . The PATAK Elephant Farm is the #1 LIFE changing event! like National Geographic day and a 3 hour ride in the mountains on an ELEPHANT! and good trainers. . . the best so don't get sidetracked with other to touristy elephant tours. Also - you MUST to the" SIAM Rice Thai Cookery "CLASS! SO excellent /thai cooking class!! Take your family - a very nice city and easy to get around - lots of English speaking so not difficult at all to vacation! SKIP BANGKOK !! Stay with Chaing Mai.

Good Service and Great Location
Breakfast every morning was made to order omelets and buffet. The pancakes were wonderful. Transportation was a snap right outside the door. Very clean, nice staff. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, staff very
Excellent location, staff very nice. Hotel being renovated so very noisy. Our room 8th floor, 5, 6, 7 floors renovations all day every day. Pool was overlooked by workers coming up and down back stairs. If hotels renovate, maybe they should offer guests the option of going elsewhere. We have stayed in 5 hotels, 4 were renovating - a problem in the low season obviously but enougth is enough.
