這是一家外觀看似老舊但很有內在的一家住宿,不論是大廳或房間都是古色古香的氣派裝潢,良好的服務人員,櫃台接待服務員都是讓人賞心悅目很有氣質的美女. 這家飯店最大的好處是位置良好,生活機能優,連接當地有名的Shopping Mall,和美食街,對喜愛體驗當地美食及商品的遊客是優先首選的住宿選擇.

This is an older hotel and the price reflects that. For the price I paid, its very good value for the money and people who complain that its rundown should just pay (a lot) more for a newer hotel. The room looks a bit dated but clean and the hotel has amenities of a 3 star hotel except no hair dryer. Make sure to pay a few more bucks and get a deluxe room. The location is great with a shopping mall next door where you can find all kinds of food from traditional Thai to western fast food type. It's a bit away from the night bazaar but you probably want to see it only once and a tuk tuk ride from the hotel to night bazaar is just a few bucks. I used to stay at a 4 star hotel near the night bazaar and the room cost 3 times more. Cons: the internet price is outrageous (150 baht or 5 dollars an hr). the mattresses started to droop and need to be replaced.

I visited historical centre and others touristics sites

We had a deluxe room and really like the location. It is connected to a shopping mall which is convenient for eating. We've been here several times.

The hotel room is ok, and staff are friendly, breakfast is very basic and the carpet of the hall ways are so dirty,old and smelly, with stains and plasters on the rugs,its very confusing getting in and out from the hotel.The location is too far from the center, the only good thing is that attached to a shopping mall, so you can have a short cut in and out from the hotelpassing tru the mall, but once mall is closed, you need to walk and cross the ugly parking and no light at all.Big hotellike this should have a free wifi and an in room safe.

The hotel rated as a four star hotel, however, the facilities in a room does not meet the standard. For example, there are no kettle, tea, coffee, hair dryer and etc.

The hotel is very old and hard to walk between different wing room. Not recommended to use this hotel, their staff said it's only two stars but I think, it's zero star.

Hotel is old the rooms look and feel very outdated. The service is not good at all; starting at check in there is no bell boy to assist with baggage. The hotel is very large and has a convention center. Location is good. I would recommend this hotel for a business traveler on a budget.

The Lotus was inexpensive, and had a decent breakfast buffet. We stayed in the deluxe rooms, which were okay. Our friends, however, stayed in the wing rooms ... and these were not okay. They were old and had bugs. If you are going to stay here (the price is right - and it's in a great location), definitely pay the extra few bucks per night for the deluxe rooms in the main tower. My other complaint is that there is not free wifi and what the do have is slow and expensive. There are lots of places with free wifi around the hotel - use that instead.
