Good hotel in old Chiang Mai
The De Naga Hotel in old Chiang Mai has most conveniences every traveler expects plus large rooms with very large bathrooms, and good service from friendly staff. Swimming pool is small but often occupied by groups of noisy children. If you prefer quiet ask for rooms away from the pool. Continuously played muzak also adds to noise pollution.

like living in a palace....
This was the big splurge for me on this trip and it was quite worth it. The rooms are beautiful, the staff excellent, the location perfect. Not a single complaint to be made. Really nice.

Short walk from hotel
while eating in restaurants is nice, try to eat at least one meal a day from street food vendors. life's an adventure and if you don't like what you ate, don't finish it...

這個酒店各方面還算不錯,特別是內部設計方面非常的小資; 性價比方面,略有不足;酒店的位置非常好就在古城的口上. 這個酒店最嚴重的問題就是服務人員的誠實度,我只是將隨身的小包留在房間裡一小會兒,出去了一下包裡就少掉了2張1000泰銖。如果要住此酒店一定要小心隨身物品。

The room is very nice and clean. The staffs are so friendly and the service is good. But the swimming pool is quite small.
