Good value and location
The staff at the hotel was excellent! The only fault I have is I had to go down to the bar to buy a bottle of wine, as none was available in the minibar. I saw almost everything in Chiang Mai. Had a wonderful trip!

When you are in Thailand all you need to do to have a good time is be around the Thai people. It truely is the land of smiles!

午後7時前にホテルへ到着しましたが、ドアマン、ベルボーイ共に
午後7時前にホテルへ到着しましたが、ドアマン、ベルボーイ共におらず、エントランスの階段を詰め込んできた2人の荷物を運び込むことに。。。。 さずがにチェックインから、部屋まではサービスを受けることが出来ましが、そのサービスはタクシーを降りた時から受けられればとても気持ちの良い滞在となると思います。 宿泊部屋のグレードはスタンダード、日本の新聞がすでに用意してあり、よかったのですが、初日のみでした。 アメニティは揃っていましたが、歯ブラシ、室内のスリッパは一人分のみ、宿泊人数を確認して欲しいものです。バスローブはありません。 室内のセーフティボックスは、ロックの部分は外されれいて、ただの小さな箱 になっていました。 朝食、普通だと思います。 アマリリンカムの男性スタッフは、私達を見かけると、少々距離があっても必ず挨拶をしてくれ、良い印象です。 プールで泳ぐ機会はなかったのですが、施設内に2箇所、ゆっくりと出来そうな感じの良いプールがありました。 また施設内にレンタカーがあり、便利でした。 全体的に老朽化していると思います。 金額から考えると、バランスは取れているのではと思いました。

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the city centre and the night Market but tuk tuk prices are reasonable.

Great rooms and facilities, not central
I booked this because I wanted the sort of luxury you can get at a reasonable price in Thailand, and which I have experienced with Amari before in Bangkok. The room and facilities lived up to my expectations - the hotel was extremely comfortable. I made particularly good use of the pool while I there. The location is not central. You will need to take a tuk tuk or taxi to the city, generally at 40 baht each way, although this would vary upwards. However, there are various conveniences within walking distance on the same road, including a 7-11, many coffee shops, a few bars, travel shops, etc. And while I found the hotel services extremely convenient, including the room service and the bar downstairs, these come at a substantial cost, of course.

There are two travel agents within the hotel who will offer local tour services, amongst other things. However, I found that the travel shops literally across the road from the hotel offer the same tours for much lower prices.

ナイトバザールにはちょっと遠いが、ドイステープや空港には近い。近くにショップも多く買い物にも困らない。日本語を話せる従業員も居て、こまめにサービスをしてくれる。

A nice and peaceful colonial style
A nice and peaceful colonial style hotel with a great pool and garden area. Excellent breakfast setting as always in Amari Hotels I have visited in.
