VIE Hotel Bangkok - MGallery Collection

今次是第4次入住了,但可能多人入住,很多服務巳經變為一般,清潔房問後,房問內連一條毛巾都沒有!在洒店門口等的士,沒有任何職員幫肋,等了很久才叫我們入lobby在, 所以VIE Hotel 今次給我們感覺一般!!!!

飯店硬體ok,但人員的訓練明顯不足, 1. check in時,我事先忘了將訂房單列印出來,於是我出示了護照以及手機上mail的訂房代號,櫃檯堅持我一定要將訂房紀錄列印,甚至叫我到櫃檯內,登入我的email,再列印,這我實在是不能接受,我不僅訂了房也將款項付清,對於她們這麼堅持的原因,真的不能理解 2.我訂房紀錄上很清楚顯示,是兩個成人入住,一進房間卻看到在客廳有加了一張床,感覺很奇怪,彷彿這不是為我們準備的房間,立即電話通知櫃檯是否弄錯,對方表示抱歉並會立即來移開,但一小時後我們離開房間去用餐,都沒有任何人來處理,然後直到我們晚間十一點回到 房間,那張床依然在原位,我再度打電話要求,這次又讓我們等了三十分鐘,沒有動靜,最後我們第三度打電話到櫃檯,表達我們已經要休息了,請問什麼時候才要過來處理,這才完成我們的要求,而這也不是我們額外的要求,只不過請她們將疏失更正,卻要三催四請,真的令人不解 3. 這間飯店工作人員真的必須再訓練,所有我們有應對到的服務人員皆不專業,連最基本的招呼及笑容都很吝嗇,這間飯店也不是一般民宿,卻對客人如此冷淡,我一年會到曼谷旅遊兩次,近年來入住的ten face , banyan tree ,pullman , 半島,從未遇到像這般沒有服務的飯店 4.飯店本身雖然看起來新穎,但其實細節部分卻不夠謹慎,我們的洗手台下面水管會輕微漏水,裝吹風機的袋子像是掉在土堆過,有明顯的塵土痕跡,熱水壺的台子上沒有插座,若要煮水必須整台搬到有插座的地方 光是上述幾點,我再也不會選擇vie hotel,當然也有人大推這間飯店,或許是我運氣不好,但是各位你們要把旅遊的興致賭在這間超不專業的飯店嗎?

This is a wonderful hotel for the price. I will stay here again. I do think the staff need to be more friendly and helpful, that is the only thing that brings them down. I did put up with it, because everything else is great for that price.

A wonderful boutique hotel at walking distance from SIAM station with a relaxing lounge & Spa, well equipped gym and very very friendly and accommodating staff. Got upgraded from Deluxe to Suite (spacious living + bedroom). Will be at the top of my list for my next stay in Bangkok.

Larger than average beautiful rooms and a huge bathroom with enormous bathtub, separate cubicles for the toilet and shower, offering a feeling of luxury and space in a fantastic setting. A gorgeous designer gym and swimming pool, and you have a gem of a boutique hotel. Far from Silom, but just one BTS stop from Siam Paragon. The VIE Spa is a must visit for the excellent signature massage and warm service. Service standards seem to be mixed. The staff were excellent when I arrived with a personal escort up to my room, but I also saw staff at the front desk chatting with each other on a few occasions. I also had several technical issues with the aircon not working on two occasions, and the shower head coming apart. These issues were quickly dealt with, but it marred what would otherwise have been a delightful experience at a beautiful new hotel.

The lobby is too small and the swimmingpool is not adapt for a 5 stars Hotel. For me, Pullman is better. Vie Hotel is a 4 stars.

地理位置極佳，不管是到百貨賞場或特色景點，都不會花費太多時間；甚至步行約10分鐘也可到達SIAM PARAGON等SHOPPING MAIL! 餐點方面也相當令人滿意。 總之值得一住再住。

Reception and lobby staff looked bored and were not very attentive. The restaurant staff were much friendlier and the breakfast selection and quality was excellent. Room, too was excellent. I'd stay here again.

A lovely hotel in not so lovely a location but that's bangkok for you. BUT, once you are in the hotel, it really is a gem of a hotel. A huge amount of thought has gone into making the decor memorable - nice high quality decor and furniture. Bedrooms are roomy and spacious and comfortable. All staff I came into contact with were really nice, kind and polite. BUT....here's the downside with this hotel, it is all the little things that irritated me: a) Ask a member of staff for something not on the menu and you are told it is out of season, when everywhere else in Bangkok is serving it b) Silly things in bedroom did not work e.g. I had to sit at the desk to blow dry my hair because the hair dryer was the wrong voltage for the bathroom electrical socket c) The in room safe did not work d) Ask a member of staff for some information or request something that they cannot answer - forget about them coming back to you with an answer e) The fitness center is nice, but nothing amazing. They have a jacuzzi in the men's changing rooms, even when I pushed the jet button I could have blown more bubbles under water than the machine generated f) If you are looking for a nice range of Thai food, don't stop here. The Thai menu is really limited, I often went to other hotels or restaurants for a much larger selection. While I was in their one and only restaurant, I had food poisoning and while I am prepared to think of this as a one off, it was really the lack of imagination that most disappointed me. Breakfast buffet, a big disappointment, dinner buffet a big disappointment. I don't come to Thailand to eat European designer food. I appreciate that not everyone wants Thai food all the time, but please, offer a wider selection of Thai food. g) If you want to work in your room, be prepared to bring a torch, desk lighting is horrible. I wanted to visit the nearest church and make a donation and come back with 200 candles so I could see what I was working on better. All in all, I would stay here again, but instead of being a spectacular property (which it really could be), it's the tiny attn to details that let the property down

駅からも近く、センスも良い。 アコーのセールもあり格安で宿泊できた。 さらにupグレードでスウィートに＾＾ クルーも泊まるらしくロビーに。 1つ難点が 深夜 バスルームでガラスの破片が・・・怪我をした フロントでその旨伝えても、責任者らしきもの現れず。 クルーのチェックアウトの対応で忙しいみたいで対応もカットバン1枚くれただけ。 言葉が通じないので、うやむやにされた。 幸い大事には至らなかったが。 翌日プルマンに宿泊したが、偶々フロント近くで足を怪我をしている客に 2人がかりで手当 していたのを見かけた。 その違いに愕然とした。 ホテルは良いのに従業員の態度がこれほど違うのには、納得できかねる。
