Regent Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel

clean, efficient, and great value for the money. highly recommended for overnight airport stays, and the breakfast was very good and great value once again.

I wanted to stay near the airport due to my very late arrival. So that helped getting to and from the terminal. But it was very far from central BKK, which was inconvenient to get to. It was a choice I made. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle was invaluable. The room was functional and clean. The bed was hard as a rock. I am undecided whether to stay there again for my brief stay in BKK on my way home.

The location is excellent if you have an airport layover or need to be near the airport. The value is excellent. Large room, even a kitchen. Lighting is mediocre which is a common problem in most hotels in Asia, even four and five stars. The "but" came with a secondary experience. I had to stay an extra night and was told I would have the reserved rate. Instead I was charged double the rate of my reserved night despite the fact the hotel was not full.

This hotel is great for an overnight stay on the doorstep of the airport; either for an early morning flight, or a late flight arrival. The hotel offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport once per hour. The room was clean and very comfortable for, what I would consider a 2/3 star hotel. Good room facilities (incl kitchen, sofa, tv etc.). The onsite restaurant also offered actually rather good Thai food (although I didn't like the look of the western food on the menu, but didn't try so couldn't comment further). In addition, there is small plaza 5 minutes walk away that has many eating establishments, including pizzas, macdonalds, and japanese food and much more. There is also an evening market which is worth a look if you have some time to kill. I would recommend and use this hotel again, but only for an airport stay.

チェックイン後部屋にある1枚の紙を見ると、リストにある部屋の中の備品の確認を必ずして、もし、全ての備品がない場合は申し出よと書かれてあり、申し出がなかった場合、その後のチェックアウトの後に備品が確認出来なかった場合はあなたに請求すると英語で書かれていました。次の日のフライトが朝5時で数時間の滞在で疲れていたにも関わらず、1つづつチェック（ベッド1台・ゴミ箱2個等）し終えて、フロントに無いもの（ハンガー4本）を伝えに行くと、したり顔で「ハンガーはもともと置いてないけど必要あるか？」っと聞いてきた なので、「要らないけどチェックしなかった場合は報告しろと書いてあるじゃないか」と言うと、笑って誤魔化された・・・。疲れていなければ笑って許すが、イラっとした。インターネットも無料だが、こちらから聞かないとパスワードは教えてくれなかった。超簡単なパスワードで、すぐに繋がりましたが・・・。ちなみに、フロントのカウンターにパスワードの紙が置いてあります。 タオルはシミが付いていたりして、あまり使う気にはなりませんでした。スリッパもなし。冷蔵庫はかなり大きめで冷凍庫もあるので、保冷剤を凍らせるのに便利でした。キッチンもありましたが、かなり汚かったです。１０００バーツ未満だとこんなもんなんでしょうが、ベッドは固めで寝やすかったので寝る為だけであれば、良いのではないのでしょうか？空港までは自分の車で運転して約10分で到着しました。駐車場は無料です。

This was a good choice for an overnight in Bangkok. Close to the airport, free shuttle, free wireless, and an on-site restaurant. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It would be hard to do better for the money.

I stopped off overnight for a break on my way to Australia and this hotel was a perfect choice . It was near the airport and had all the conveniences that I needed so it did just the job

After checking into the hotel, they led us to the room. We were really surprised that the room is very big and very clean. Near by the hotel is a night market, it took us only about 5 min. walk, there are many restaurant around. We choose the big Thai food restaurant, the food was so delicious and cheap. We really love and enjoyed staying at this hotel.

This is a clean and spacious hotel with a good bathroom (including separate shower) and comfortable bed. The kitchen area is a bonus but seems excessive as it is not stocked with any crockery or cutlery. Some small touches such as a safe and tea/coffee are lacking. The location is fine for people needing proximity to the airport, although we found cab drivers had difficulty locating it using the map on the hotel's business card.

Cheap & close to the international airport. Just for a short couple of hours or 1 night stay. NOT more!
