President Park Bangkok

One of the best deals in BKK, away from direct traffic, but easy access to both the metro and downtown shopping areas. All inclusive breakfast and very efficient staff. The tuk-tuk that has proximity drop offs is real!

The hotel staff are very nice and accomodating and the hotel is conveniently located, next to big shopping malls, Carrefour and Tesco and fancier ones, like the Gourmet shop. Plenty of great spas around and really close to Phrom Pong Sky Train Station and Makhasan Air Link. The fist time I stayed there, I got a terrific upgrade for 500baht a day and the second time, the price had gone up to 1000bahts a day for the same upgrade which we eventually dealt down to 700 because of my long stay and I was delighted by my balcony. This is my favorite place to stay in Bangkok.

Lors de ma réservation,j'avais mentionné un chambre non fumeur. A mon arrivée,on me propose soit une chambre non fumeur surclassée avec un supplément de 1500 Bath ou bien prendre la chambre fumeur de la classe commandée.A prendre ou à laisser! Ne voulant pas donner de supplément j'ai accepté la chambre fumeur,Le lendemain matin,j'ai profité du changement de personnel pour demander un changement de chambre,ce qui m'a été accepté avec les excuses du personnel de ne pas m'avoir écouter la veille. Donc il s'agissait plus de la mauvaise foi de la réceptioniste de la veille.Le changement de chambre s'est bien fait,chambre non-fumeur mieux agencée et mieux située que la première.Petit-déjeuner très bien,personnel en général assez gentil.Emplacement assez éloigné des centres d'intérêts,mais tuk-tuk de l'hôtel qui vous conduit gracieusement jusqu'à l'Emporium center et station du skytrain;mais attention,le service tuk-tuk de l'hôtel,ne fonctionne que jusqu'à 21 heures.

このホテルに滞在すると、隣接しているフィットネスジムのキャピタルクラブを利用出来るのが良い。 場所はスクンビットロードからは離れているが、スーパーも近くにあるし、自炊も出来るので、慣れればどうということは無い。

For the price, the hotel was a good deal (hence the 4 stars). However, the location is less than ideal - it's about a mile down the road from the main street, making it a long hike to the Skytrain. There's a tuk-tuk shuttle that the hotel runs that goes to Sukhumvit road every half hour, but it's not very organized and was often not running at the appointed time. The staff speaks english, but minimally. Hence, there was a lot of miscommunication with services - one person told me breakfast was included in my room rate, but as I finished loading up my plate for the buffet, another staff person approached me and told me it wasn't included. Also, my welcome info sheet (not very helpful) told me that internet was available for a fee, so I didn't use it, and then on the last day of my stay, I was informed that it was included in my room rate. The room was very nice, though - large shower, good AC (though turns off when you leave the room), pretty clean. Bottom line, though, is the location is just a pain - hence the negative recommendation. Stay somewhere closer to Sukhumvit road (you can tell by the number before the word "soi" - the larger it is, the further from the road the hotel is).

This hotel is terrific. Rooms are good size and well decorated. Staff is super friendly, facilities like the gym are great, and the price is very reasonable.

Would go back again.
