Whilst the staff were very polite and helpful right down to the concierge and bell boys, and the hotel room was large and adequate in facilities and clean, the location in a tiny street was not the most ideal especially for single female travellers who might be a little wary of the dimly lit street. On the other side of the coin, there was a very convenient 7 Eleven mini mart at the corner of the main road and street leading to the hotel and there was a large departmental store Robinsons across the road and 2 train stations not too far away.

very reasonable price and quite good swimming pool and lovely service. but I think, the location of this hotel is not good. It's quite far from the center of bangkok. of course, everything is very cheep in Thailand. so if you take a taxi, you'll pay about 80 bat for going to palace or any temples and shrines. If I go to bangkok again, I'll stay here! :)

I think for a 'budget' hotel you get much more than you pay for. My only complaint is that no hotel room in Bangkok should have carpeting. The carpeting usually ends up soaking up all the odors and insects and dirt. Other than that, the service is really good, the beds are comfortable, it is a great location, and it isn't too big. I really like the neighborhood, there are two really good local restaurants a few doors down, there are some really good street vendors close, and the room service food has always been good.

nice hotel, reception staff really helpfull but breakfast really poor service, I don't know why they are doing here there is so many staff at breakfast and they do nothing!!! they only refill the buffet when you ask for!!!!location all right . We ask for late check out couldn't get one!!!for this catergory you expect to get better.

Was very hard to find, and was less than I was expecting. It is not a good pick for business travelers or the remotely impatient, like me. That said, it might just be great for backpackers or couples traveling to Bangkok, especially those who are somewhat familiar with the area or can speak some Thai. Internet also is charged by-the-hour, or by-the-day, though at reasonable rates. Server was down when I arrived, though, it did get reset and was fine thereafter. There also is no airport shuttle or service aide from taking a taxi from the area. After the two hour hunt for the place, (address should be given sans the "soi," if at all possible) I had had enough and checked out after booking another hotel. All in all, a nice hotel for those traveling on the cheap and looking to escape the world. NOT a good place for business travelers looking to save a buck or be close to the better spots in Bangkok.

i think its about time this hotel decided to a)either change its name or b)update so it can be called Elegance Suites.It is very old and tired,and the room i stayed in the air con did not work so i had to move hotels.The price was good but it did match the standard.The swimming pool area was a god send

le problème se situe au niveau du petit déjeuner; alors qu'il est servi jusqu'à 9h30, à partir de 8h45 il manque bon nombre de plats ou choix et les viennoiseries sont immangeables ainsi que les jus de fruits véritablement chimiques
