Great location very comfortable.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is a little expensive compared to other hotels in the area but it is a really nice place to stay. Staff is great and it is the perfect location for me.

Sheraton Four Points
The food was good, and in general the hotel lobby and restaurants were nice. Staff were especially friendly and helpful. However, the room was a bit lacking. For example, the closet doors didn't shut properly and thus, the closet light stayed on all night. The safe didn't work. I called the front desk to send someone up and they never came. And the shower door leaked, spreading about 2-3 gallons of water on the floor per shower. So, that's odd for a relatively new hotel. Overall, I'd expect more for a top end hotel at $100 a night.

Very friendly staffs and good
Very friendly staffs and good service. But location is headache for us as it's always busy traffic around.
