Even I had a booking (confirmed) from Rates to go, there wasn't a room available! No help, just the comment, sorry, we're fully booked. No refund of deposit whatsoever. Really great!

Well appointed room with self-catering
Well appointed room with self-catering facilities. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Book through [website] and you automatically get breakfast included for less than cost without breakfast when booking direct. Make sure you take the printout though, or they will tell you the price doesn't include it. Having said that, the breakfast isn't very good and there is a very good bakery round the corner where you can get pastries for 18-50 THB. Handy position with subway and skytrain within a few minutes' walk. If you go off travelling, they will also look after your cases until you return.

Relaxing week off
The hotel experience was good and I did enjoy my stay. Clarity of the movie channels could be better for late night movie watching after a night out. The bathroom tissue supply was always a little low and the morning coffee supplies were also short. But really the hotel was very relaxing and the staff helpful.

If your feet and ankles are not good then use proper foot wear! But you can use provided Tuk-Tuk service or one of the many Cabs out front.

Great hotel for business or singles
A great hotel and fantastic apartment room featuring a queen size bed, refrigerator, microwave, couch, and really stylish modern layout. I loved the room! Maid service was great, room was clean. Also features an in-room electronic safe (a big plus), ironing board and iron. Laundry facility on the room or cleaners are located across the street. The BTS skytrain or MRT subway stop is a 5 minute walk. Nightlife entertainment is a 5 minute walk as well which is convenient for singles or business travelers entertaining clients. A choice of Thai massage is available across the street. Very friendly, English speaking front desk staff. This is my 3rd stay in Thailand and my 2nd stay at Citadines 23. It is my hotel of choice from now on when I'm in Bangkok. Cost is very reasonable for a service apartment. Highly recommended!

be aware that if you get a good
be aware that if you get a good discount that you have to pay extra for your room to be cleaned. continental breakfast always cold .staff not particulary helpful

Nice hotel on Soi 23, about 10
Nice hotel on Soi 23, about 10 mins walk to BTS or free tuktuk service provided by the hotel. Rooms are very good sized complete with microwave, toasters, stove, pan and cooking utensils. Self serve Laundry also available on the 8th floor. Nice restaurant "minibar" downstair with good business. All in all a very new, clean hotel worth coming back to

他の方も書いて居られましたが、朝食はパン・シリアルのみで私が行ったときはタイミングが悪かったのか、サラダもありませんでした。少しソイの奥なので、バンコクが始めての方はつらいかも知れません。マッサージ・タイ料理・居酒屋は近くにありますが、コンビニは少し遠いです。ソイ入り口くらいはベルマンに言えばトゥクトゥクで送ってくれます。サービスアパートとして、レンジ・食器等の設備は十分です。アメニティは貧弱ですが、リピーターは問題ないでしょう。全体には満足できるレベルだと思います。
