An excellent place to stay in Bangkok. Highly recommended for any interested party.

Staff are very nice, but this hotel is definitely not a 5 star one. Rooms are too old. Everything smells to humidity and decoration is from the 1960s.

Good value for money. I had booked on line non-smoking apartment which was not available. After some pressure bigger apartment was given to us.

酒店的设施有点陈旧，但还算干净，服务不错，一进门就有服务生给我们每人递上一杯饮料，给才下飞机长途旅行的客人感觉很温馨，从酒店坐计程车去big C 大概10分钟左右，60THB左右，附近有个TOP market，用餐可以考虑对面的coffee bean，环境不错，价格也算公道。

バスタブにジャクジーが付いているのが気に入っている。

The hotel is conveniently located by the train station, has friendly helpful staff. The room was more than I expected ... very spacious and the kitchen useful for those who want to self cater. The pool offers a welcome relief to hot muggy Bangkok day.

スタッフの接客には満足も、にエアコンの排水が天井から漏れて、床が水浸しになった。全体的に建物自体が古いのか？天井が落ちてきそうな感じだった。 BTSの駅までは徒歩５～６分程度でタクシーも頻繁に通るので移動は楽である。 エレベーターはカードセキュリティーが無く、誰でも上階まで行けそうで怖い。 インターネットは無線LANで、フロントでIDとパスワードを購入する形。高いので使わなかった。 TVのチャンネル数が少ない。 今回はプロモーションで安かったから利用したが、通常料金では今後は使わないだろう。

Good pricing for family that like to cook,shopping for food to cook just near 2 minutes walk,if they have better cooking pan then it would be great..overall still good..worth a return back.

We were very pleased when we first arrived at the Chateau de Bangkok. We were greeted with fresh orange juice when we arrived. Our suite was absolutely stunning, not at all like anything you would expect for the price we paid through Orbitz. We wished that we could have stayed longer in Bangkok, if only to enjoy our suite a little longer. It's also very close to the night market (less than 5 minutes by tuk-tuk). The only bad experience we encountered was when I asked the front desk if they had a laundry service. We had been to a few other hotels in Thailand and the laundry service was always the same (between 30-100 baht/kilo). The concierge said that housekeeping would pick up my laundry and have it ready in a couple days. I had about 2kilos of clothes. When I got my clothes back the day before we were to leave they were brought with a bill of $2600 baht!! The bill says in fine print that it must be filled out by the customer (number of each type of garment, etc.) and signed at the bottom. I never saw this paper until I received the bill. Fortunately after talking with the manager for about 45 minutes we only had to pay the service charge of 180 baht. Afterwards we found out that there is actually a laundry room on the 3rd floor where you could do it yourself, or you could drop your clothes off at a number of the laundry services down the street.

The staff at the Reception and Concierge are very friendly and helpful.
