good for business

Good in general although the staff has a poor service attitude and not very knowledgeable. Very expensive internet service which unconceivable in a business oriented hotel.

Restaurangtips: Short walk from hotel

the restaurants at the hotel are extremely expensive and not that good for the value. short distance to street market and sky train too. Nice eateries in the mall out of the convention center.

We found the Centara Grand at Central World Bangkok to be an excellent hotel. Location was very good, with easy access to the Central Mall via the lift. Fabulous views of the city from the bar at the top of the hotel. Great service. Thougt the fee for wifi very expensive, but found a cafe in the mall that had fabulous cakes that we could get free wifi so didn't mind going back and trying all the different cake varieties!! Would definately stay there if we went back to Bangkok. Booking through hotel club gave a good rate - we had value for money.

清潔さ　＝　新しいわりには室内の損傷が多い。虫がいた。 サービス　＝　私にとっては悪い。 ①夜11:30 事前に支払っているのに予約がないと言われ、翌日エージェントに自分で確認してくれと言われ、カードデポジットで４０分かかってチェックイン。 ②HotelClubに連絡し、担当者はホテルから予約ＯＫの手紙があるので、再度連絡したので安心して下さいとの事。翌日、フロントに行くが予約確認できないと言われた。 ③日本人スタッフが居たので事情を説明し、HotelClubの連絡先を教えたが、なかなか連絡せず、解決するまで３０分かかった。 ④ホテル側のミスは認めたが、あまり謝らなかった。 私　＝　在住３年＋その後１０年、２回／訪タイ

Very nice hotel. Great location,

Very nice hotel. Great location, unfortunately there seems to be some corners being cut, clean bed sheet put on the bed had a 5inch tear in it. The air ducted into the rooms wasnt clean as it affected our eyes and throat.

Centara Grand at Centaraworld

What a nice luxury hotel! Definitely worth the stay while you are in Bangkok. They offer many conveniences by way of spa, shopping and food. The mall is connected to the hotel and is centrally located near other shopping areas as well, namely the SIam Paragon shopping mall.

Loved the hotel, luxurious and

Loved the hotel, luxurious and spacious rooms, well maintained and clean. 2 minutes walking distance to the Central World Shopping Mall which has all well known outlets, playing area for the kids, food court and a huge supermarket. We stayed there for the new year's eve, it was amazing. We had an excellent view of the fireworks from the room. Will definitely stay there again.

Gentilesse du staff. Proximite

Gentilesse du staff. Proximite du skytrain. Belle vue de la piscine ou du bar du 55 eme etage. Propre. Efficace. Sdb moderne. Juste un peu complique a trouve si on arrive en metro, de meme que les jonctions centre commercial/hotel.

ＢＴＳのサイアム、チットロム駅にも近く、非常に便利な立地にあ

ＢＴＳのサイアム、チットロム駅にも近く、非常に便利な立地にあるホテルです。 渋滞の酷いバンコクにおいて、移動には、困りませんでした。 部屋も非常に綺麗で、ホテルマンの対応も問題ありませんでした。 日本人の方がおられるようですが、ある程度の英語力は必要ですね。 日本人はあまり見かけなく、タイ人、白人、中国人、韓国人が多かったかな？ 最上階のバーに行きましたが、スタッフの対応も問題なく、ホテルランクの割りには、価格もリーズナブルな印象です。 ３泊しましたが、毎日、日本語の新聞とフルーツのサ ビス、あと氷のサービスがありました。 飲み水も部屋に常に４本用意されています。内２本は、うがい用に洗面台に置いてありました（これには少々ビックリしました）。 ３泊目に、カードキーで部屋に入れなかったので、フロントに行ったのですが、なぜか無効になっていたようで、Ｓｏｒｒｙと言ってすぐに対応してくれました。 総合的に困ることはなく、非常に満足のいく、３日間を過ごさせて頂きました。
