Bra hotell med god service. Ligger bra i "stor Bangkok". Nära till Skytrain.

A modern hotel finished in the 2000s? The first impression is the impressive height of the building and that is about all that is good. The decor looks like it's from the early 90s, not 2000s. The breakfast, although extensive, is expensive and literally is cleaned away at 10am on the dot... after taking our money at ten minutes to ten. There is a great opportunity to have a drink at the highest bar in Thailand... again, the 'space' theme is a bit shabby, the furniture is rubbish, the music intrusive, the drinks are very expensive and the staff aren't particularly helpful or polite. Could actually be made into the best bar in Thailand but they have just got the whole thing so so so wrong. Room-wise, we paid extra to stay in the 'sky zone'. The view from the small window in the room was impressive... but it was too small. Shower had a dodgy suppy of water and would go from powerful to weak, boiling to freezing during the shower. Otherwise the room was comfy etc, what you would expect for the money. In summary... Comfy bed, great views. Everything else a bit shabby and over priced.

well, unfortunately İ did not enjot my stay at baiyoke sky hotel. the room was very bad. İ t was even a hardly 2starhotel. They even charge us about the bangkok map they put into our rooms. they even did not mention that it is 250baht per each. the staff were toorude. especially the lady sitting at the cehck out desk. we did not enjoy our hotel. and İ dont recommend this hotel to antbody.

This hotel's in need of a lot of loving. Everything is old and outdated. The furniture in my room was covered in stains and I had the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat on. The views out of your window are incredible though, and you can head up to the viewing deck for free. The hotel did not honour the booking I made online and told me on the day of my departure that they would charge me an extra 1200 THB for the one night I stayed there. I was very dissapointed they did not tell me about this extra charge when I checked in, otherwise I would have looked for another hotel.

this is a really nice hotel, fantastic views, wonderful staff, and awesome restaurants! Only drawback is location, could be much closer to major attractions, but is close to train!

飛行機の関係でタクシーで早朝に着いたのですが、車寄せがなく、スーツケースを持ってエレベーターまで階段を上がらなければならず、早朝のためかベルサービスが不在。自分で持ってあがりました。有料でアーリーチェックインできたのはいいのですがベルサービスがいないので部屋までも自分でスーツケースを上げました。ランチが1回付いているプランだったのですが、フロントでは何も言われず自分から言わないとクーポンも探してくれない始末。さらにインターネットは有料とのことでわざわざフロントまで下りて登録しましたがなぜかつな らず（原因は不明）、再度フロントに赴いてクレームレポートを書かされてキャンセルの手続きを取りました。日中は日本人のコンシェルジュがいましたが、ホテルのビジネスセンターの位置も知らないような方でした。施設としては24時間営業のコンビニもあって便利ですがサービスの面では非常に不満が残りました。

it was really wonderful but i miss some places in Bangkok.

Request to check in at 11am and was allocated a 2 single bed room (non smoking). We rejected and they have free upgrade to executive suite but check in after 2pm. Overall, service still good. Will book again in next visit.

В Бангкоке лень было искать метро, взял такси. По счётчику до Байка набежало 1500 бат. Вот плата за лень... Доехали за 40 мин. На прощание таксист посоветовал назад на метро в аэропорт ехать, дешевле. В байке радостно приступили к процессу заселения. Попросили депозит либо 100 баксов (пообещали вернуть ту же купюру назад при выселении), либо слип карты. Номер шикарный, по размерам. Большая комната, огромная ванная комната с ванной, душем, унитазом. ТВ 60 каналов, и не одного по-русски. В номере нашлась даже точка доступа, которая не обнаруживалась. Персонал вежливый, вышколенный, на рецепшене даже русскоговорящие сотрудники есть. ... Рядом с отелем куча торговых рядов со всяким товаром, а также торговый центр, где на 3-ем этаже есть неплохой фудкорт, где недорого можно поесть. В 200 метрах слева от отеля находится станция метро до аэропорта, проезд до которого обошёлся всего в 35 бат и 35 мин. поездки.

Staying in the heart of wholesales area in bangkok. U can start shopping once you hit ground floor. Walking distance to platium mall and accessible most shopping, tourist places.
