L'hôtel est vieillissant et aurait besoin d'un bon coup de fraicheur ! Le personnel est très accueillant, attentionné mais certains membres de ce même personnel parlent peu l'anglais et donnent parfois des informations contradictoires. L'hôtel est trop loin du centre, c'est peut-être bien pour un voyage d'affaires mais pas du tout pour un voyage personnel ; se rendre là où il y a à voir et à faire coûte cher si on y reste longtemps.

Average, but vegan friendly.
If you're planning on not spending much time in the hotel I'd recommend it. The place was kind of dingy (carpet, furniture, slightly stained towels, and bedding.) The kitchen staff was very accommodating and prepared vegan pad thai for me. Most of the staff spoke enough English to get by, but a few of them couldn't at all, so there were a few communication break downs. But the staff was generally pleasant. Pluses: river boat stop is very close to the hotel, shopping center is right in front of the hotel, about 20 mins. from the airport (no traffic), two Internet computers in lobby Minus: lots of traffic 'til late at night, not central to tourist sites

Short walk from hotel
In the food court (4th fl.) that's in the shopping center right across from the hotel, there's a stand that has vegan Thai food. Yum!The name was written in Thai so I don't couldn't read it. (My guide found it for me.)Closes at 9pm.

Good for its price
The room was clean enough but you may notice that this hotels was quite old with little bit poor maintenance in small details. The shower screens had problems, thay can't protect outside area from water so bathroom's floor always got wet when you take shower. The location is better because of Airport Link Train and it's close to The Mall shopping center and public boat at Sansab canal so your life here is quite civilized.

This was the perfect hotel to stay when arriving on late flight into Bangkok. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast great, really good value for money hotel. Rooms basic, cleaning standards only average but this would not put us off staying here again in the future.
