Good - friendly staff on reception,
Good - friendly staff on reception, clean & spacious room/bathroom Not So Good - bed very uncomfortable! really need some new mattresses or a toppers - springs stick in you (other reviews say the same), no fridge in room, remote control for TV was missing, walls thin & could hear couple in the next room.

Basic facilities but clean & great
Basic facilities but clean & great friendly service. Only complaint is that it was BOILING the night we stayed there and as the ground floor room opened onto the main road we couldn't open the window. Perhaps window security would be useful to aid ventilation.

Friendly but basic
Set back just off the raod between Rading and Newbury. Easy Access to Reading and work. Friendly staff.
