Holiday Inn Newcastle Jesmond is located in the trendy suburb of Jesmond, minutes from the centre of the city and close to the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. The property is also within close proximity to famous Newcastle United Football Stadium, and the Northern Stage Theatre and Royal Theatre Newcastle are also accessible on foot. Shopping facilities at Monument Mall and Newgate Shopping centre are convenient, as well as popular tourist attractions such as the Great North Museum.

Jesmond subway station is just three stops from Newcastle Central station and the Hotel is situated just seven kilometres from Newcastle International airport. Road links are excellent with the A167 and A1 close by.

The Imperial Hotel is situated just outside Newcastle city centre near Jesmond Metro Station and 1½ miles from Newcastle Central Station which is on the Intercity network. The hotel has easy access to the A167 (M) central motorway and the A1. Newcastle Airport is 6 miles away with the domestic and international flight connections.

Once the Hotel is finished it

Once the Hotel is finished it will be brilliant. The boarding outside as you arrive is a bit off putting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinking water in the rooms or an ice machine in the corridor would be good. If the air conditioning was working that would also have helped as the room was very hot. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Okay...

This hotel was okay. For 50 GBP I would have expected a little better. But it was semi clean and if your just sleeping there not a problem. A plus would be the wifi.
