Thistle Westminster Hotel London har bra anslutning till stadens sevärdheter som den brittiska parlamentsbyggnaden i närheten av regeringsbyggnaderna på Whitehall, samt Cabinet War Rooms och Churchill Museum som är en av de fem grenarna av Imperial War Museum.

excellent séjouor
bien situé entre victoria station et Buckingham, bien déservi par les transports Hotel très agréable (personnel, chambre, petit déjeuné) avons passé un agréable séjour en pleine période des soldes !!!

Old hotel, good location
The hotel was two blocks away from the Victoria rail/coach station which has an express train to the airport. The hotel was average, staff was nice. However, the location was very good, close to shopping, restaurants and access to the tube which is excellent to reach all spots in the city.

Great for a weekend break
About 2 minutes walk from Victoria Station, short walk from places of interest (Buckingham Palace, e.t.c.), Well placed for accessing Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Regent Street, Clapham, very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good service. We didn't have breakfast in Hotel but plenty of Cafe's serving full english and healthy breakfasts closeby. Will definitely stay there again!

Excellent hotel
I stayed at theThistle Westminster and it was great. The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is that the bell boy never appear when we call him.

Don't expect much
Stayed for five days to meet other family members and friends to attend a wedding. We had two rooms, a double and a single. This hotel is very centrally located, a block and half from Victoria Station, near several decent eateries. It is clean and comfortable too. However it is expensive for what the guest gets: beds, tv, bath and towels. The closet space is small and difficult to open in the double room. The single room has more space. Their service guide says mini-refrigerators, bathrobes available upon request - neither were available. The receptionist even said they have never had minirefrigerators there. The hotel does not have wifi available, but you can purchase an hour, a day, or up to 5 day wifi from your room; but that was not available either. The answer to everything was "sorry". The other people had more included in their hotels and youth hostels, paid less and were centrally located too. So, unless you have a bargain rate, do not expect 4star hotel service at all.

Very well placed for Victoria
Very well placed for Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and Westminster...perhaps this hotel isn't your best option if you're on a shopping expedition! Very comfortable room. My only contructive feedback? Free Wi-Fi would make this outstanding!

Not four star material!
Rooms were small, staff unavailable, unwilling to help, airconditioning poor, insufficient bedding provided until we argued with the night manager who seemed to spend more time giving excuses than working our requests. The hotel needs lessons in customer service!
