Good value, hard to find!
Good value for the money, but incredibly difficult to find the actual hotel. Better directions...

Dingy and in need of an update
The location is great, the hotel is similar to a Motel 6. The rooms are dark, with peeling wallpaper and musty smells. Okay for an overnight, but definitely not an extended stay.

There's a free bus from Heathrow Terminal 5 to the hotel (it's the second stop on the bus route). It's the 423 bus.

Good value, hard to find!
Good value for the money, but incredibly difficult to find the actual hotel. Better directions would be much appreciated. Did have a nice shuttle directly to Terminal 5 at LHR.

A two-star hotel
Needs important renovation. Serious problem with the Internet and the phone lines. Very nice staff, very helpful.

Perfect for what we needed.
Polite and friendly staff, very nice room for the money and well located for getting to the airport in the morning for our flight. We didnt use any of the amenities other than the tea and coffee in the room which had a good size TV.

The English way
What you should absolutely know about Heathrow hotels: 1. The fact that a hotel is connected with the ariport by a "shuttle bus" does NOT mean that the bus is free. In fact, it costs $9 to ride. You can pay by cash only (unless you've purchased a ticket through their web site) 2. The shuttle bus stops operations at 11:30 PM. After that the only way to get to the hotel from the ariport is a taxi which costs $35 (as of Dec. 2011). Cash only. 3. If you are used to have free internet in cheaper hotels, forget about it. You'll have to pay for access. 4. No hair dryer in the room either. Plan accordingly to enjoy the UK :)

Staff were very helpful with information on free buses to T5, where I wanted to catch the Tube to London.

A Business Traveller
Not worth the Money
Location is the only thing that works for this Hotel. The staff is not the best of breed for a Hotel. The ameneties are bare minimum. Pricey for what they provide.

Ok for a quick stop over
Not sure why this is classed as a 4 star- in North America, it would likely be a 3, at most. Definitely convenient for the airport, the staff was very friendly, and the complementary breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms are smallish, but good enough for the night, and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.
