Think Apartments - Earls Court London

Hello, We would like to inform you that as soon as we arrived at the hotel our bokking was not found. We had to wait 60 minutes at the reception for the staff to find our booking. We went to the room and no presentation was made, we found it all by our selfs and we found numerous issues wich were stated on the next day. The problems found were: 1.Problem in bed Matress 2. Closet doors would not close 3. Hole in bathroom 4. Right by the bathtub water would pass from the shower door 5.Crck in the bathroom floor in which we could easily cut our feet if not carefull 6. Room door was by the hall way and it was too noisy. 7. Sheets were never changed for us and never we were verbaly informed that we had to chage our sheets on our own nor were we ever provided with clean sheets after 6 nights of stay 8. Water in shower was not hot enough 9. A/C had a fail notice on remote meaning it was in need of service.

Wenn man in Heathrow landet, kann man dieses Hotel direkt ohne Umsteigen mit der U-Bahn (Piccadilly Line) erreichen. Einfacher gehts nicht! Die paar Schritte von der Station Earl's Court (hinteren Ausgang benutzen!) bis zur Unterkunft sind schnell gemacht. Freundlicher Empfang an der Reception. Sauberes Zimmer, nicht mit allem aber mit dem notwendigen Komfort eingerichtet (Fön, Safe, Bügelbrett etc.). Hilfsbereites Personal. Kontrolle beim Eingang gibt Sicherheit, es kann also nicht jeder hinein marschieren. Gratis Internetzugang. Grosser Tesco Supermarkt mit langen Öffnungszeiten gleich nebenan. Kleine Küche mit absolut genügender Austattung für kleinere Mahlzeiten. Unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Garantiert wieder unsere Unterkunft bei unserem nächsen Aufenthalt in London.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr gute Lage. Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel. Nähe U-Bahn Earls Court. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. An der Ecke ein großer Supermakt Tesco, der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat. Alle Bediensteten sehr hilfsbereit. Haben uns in diesem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen.

Room was clean and comfortable. For some reason we were given the handicap suite, so our washroom was awkward because there was no tub and the water leaked all over the floor. Otherwise, the room was satisfactory and about a 5 minute walk from the Picadilly and District lines. Would definitely stay there again!

The location and the price were great. Did have to wait an hour for check in. Time on the reservation for check in was 1400 but was informed by staff that check in was 1500. I would stay there again. Staff is helpful and friendly.

From the time I arrived unto the time I left everything was amazing. the staff was friendly and very helpful. my room was very cozy and clean. the location was great it was easy for me to travel around london the tube station was down the street. this is a great hotel next time i come to london i will stay here again.

Great value for money in pricey London. The pillows were a bit hard, and the couch too low and uncomfortable for aging bones, but the kitchen was good and the bathroom very good.

Preis ist wirklich OK fuer London, wer schon einmal in dieser Stadt war..weiss das auch. Alles hat seinen Preis in London. Lage ist gut, Fruehstueck kann man sich gleich im Tesco besorgen welcher fast immer offen ist. Die Matratze war echt ein Witz, verstehe ich eigentlich nicht! Eine wirklich gute Matratze haelt viel laenger...aber nein...hier gibts leider nur eine Einwegmatratze (eine Nacht und dann ab in den Muell)..wirklich! Ach ja Warmwasser war nicht wirklich warm..und am letzten Tag gar kein Warmwasser...aber das wundert mich nicht in London. Leichter Schimmelbefall der Silikondichtung im unteren Bereich der Fliessen...ist aber ebenfalls normal anszusehen in London!
