W14 Hotel London har bevakning med CCTV-kameror, elektroniska nyckelkort och 24 timmars bevakning. Hotellet har även ett spel- och TV-rum med biljardbord och stolar för rekreation. Gäster kan kolla sin e-post i Internet-hörnet. Turister kan även besöka Natural History Museum och Victoria & Albert Museum som ligger i närheten.

Not the best
Not a great experience – staff weren't that friendly, a dirty towel lay on the bathroom floor for the entire duration of my stay and not picked up by staff, the bed was propped up with doorstops and wobbled, the tv did not work, the floors creaked AND the 'continental' breakfast is cereal only. Only suitable for overnight stays… and if you don't care about quality.

HORRIBLE!!!!
This hotel sucks! The rooms are smaller than most American bathrooms. The people are rude and unhelpful. The rooms are dirty. We booked a single room with private facilities and they gave us bunk beds and a shared bathroom. The shower was disgusting and didn't work after 3 minutes. The bunk beds were metal so if you farted the whole bed creaked. The front desk personnel did not want to help at all. There was 1 nice guy, but the other 3 were awful. When I ask if I could get a cab, the guy told me to walk down the street and take a left at the tube station instead of calling someone. Location is on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Probably 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the tube station, which was great. Overall about 5-10 miles from the center of the city. The main lobby is pretty nice b/c it has wifi and a bar. You can get much better for the price. The London tube connects you everywhere, so proximity to Heathrow or the center of the city doesn't really matter (the location was in between Heathrow and city center was why I booked this hotel).

Budget but not for the faint of heart
A very good deal for a budget hotel in London but no air conditioning and our room was up five flights of stairs, there is not an elevator/lift. Rooms are very small and we did have private bath facilities but most rooms did not. Not far from an "Underground Station" and close to a few restaurants. This part of Kensington is a little "iffy" for my taste. The staff was very helpful in making arrangements for sight seeing and taxi. Overall a good experience but would not go back due to location.
