Great location
Pros: Perfect location for us since we wanted to be near Butler's Warf Near tube station and DLR By St. Katharine's Dock which has many inexpensive places to eat. Hotel Bar upstairs had a great view of the Tower Bridge and a lively atmosphere. Reasonably priced too! Cons: Room safe did not work the 3 times I stayed in the hotel. Was told personal safes available at the lobby. Ran out of hot water one time at 9 am during my first stay On my last stay, the building air conditioning was still set for heat on a warm spring day, so the room was hot and we were never able to cool it down. Overall, I would stay there again because for me the pros greatly outweigh the cons.

Short walk from hotel
St. Katharine's Dock has good places for breakfast after you've tried the hotel restaurant. Have coffee in your room so you can order the freshly squeezed orange juice that comes as part of breakfast at St. Katharine's café right beside the Turkish restaurant.

Average Experience Overall
Our stay at the Tower Hotel was about average overall. The pros to the hotel were that you had a great view of the Tower Bridge, and also the rooms are clean and well maintained. However, the level of customer service at this hotel needs to be improved.

Wonderful!
We absolutely loved staying at The Tower. It was a great location in the city,, but away from the super busy/touristy areas. A short walk and quick ride on the tube put you anywhere you wanted to be. The staff and concierge were absolutely fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Greay Stay perfect location
A quiet comfortable Hotel beside the river at St Kathrines Dock. Fantastic amenities, enough to do without having to go into town

Fantastic
Just returned from a two night stay at the hotel and I can't fault it. I upgraded on arrival at the hotel to a deluxe room overlooking Tower Bridge. The view was spectacular. Spotlessly clean and friendly staff. Didn't have breakfasr at the hotel. Plenty of eateries - Starbucks( right next to hotel), pub, various delis, coffee shops etc. all within a few mins walk around the docks. When I come back to London I will definitely stay here.

Good location
The hotel is in a great location. My room had a nice view of the tower. Like other reviewers have said the place is a bit run down to still be classified as a four star. The wallpaper looked like it was about 50 years old and was peeling off everywhere. There was no mini-fridge in the room and the hairdryer provided sucked.
