Great location
The best thing about this hotel is its location- just around the corner from Trafalgar Sq. & The National Gallery. On the day I was to go home, I was able to run into the Nat. Gallery again and take a quick 20 min. run thru the priceless Impressionist galleries when it opened at 10AM. You'll not have many chances to look at Van Goghs and get on a trans-continental flight on the same day. Other than that, the hotel has recently gone thru an upgrade so it is all modern. The rooms are small but you're not going to spend much time in there at a hotel in the heart of the city.

Séjour à l'hôtel
hotel superbement bien situé, très calme et propre Petit déjeuner un peu cher surtout quand on a payé la formule 'included" et que l'on vous présente la note !!!!

Perfect
This hotel was wonderful. My room was perfect; the size and layout was great and the noise level amazingly low for being right in the middle of Central London steps from Trafalgar Square. The staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay here again most definitely.

Ok, small rooms but nice for the price
Service staff tried hard to please after a couple of minor issues but the issues shouldn't have happen in the first place. Fine for the price I got it at, $120 usd.

Great location
At the moment this hotel is discounted at least 30% due to refurbishment works at the hotel. I chose the hotel originally because of the location. It's a great location next to Trafalgar Square for exploring central London. On checking in, I was informed that there could be noise in the day during the refurbishment works. To be honest the only works I could see were going on were in reception and I could not hear anything from the hotel room. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are very nice and clean. The executive room is a good size for central London with a very large double bed. Very good value. The staff were friendly and efficient. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre de Londres
L'hôtel est très bien placé entre Trafalguar Square (50m) et Picadilly Circus, le quartier animé de Londres (et proche de regent street, covent garden ...). Les chambres sont certes assez petites mais très bien équipées, calmes et propres (j'avais pris une "deluxe" par contre). Le prix est assez élevé mais reste raisonnable au vu des prix des hôtels à Londres ! Un hôtel à conseiller pour ceux qui veulent sortir dans la capitale anglaise et avoir tout à proximité ... Un bon séjour garanti !
