Good location for Paddington and underground
Second time at this hotel, but this time the room was very small, with a very small bathroom. The first stay was very good but this second stay was disappointing.

teeni tiny double room
This was the smallest double room that we have ever stayed in!! The positives.....LOCATION....we walked to Paddington. The bed was comfortable and the tiny bath was recently nicely updated.

Short walk from hotel
It was a short walk to a number of decent restaurants. Not high end, but decent. The reason we originally chose this hotel was because of its location. It is a short walk to Paddington Station.

Have stayed in this hotel for
Have stayed in this hotel for a few times, but the cleaniness standard decreases every time I stay with them. It's a handy hotel with easy access to the city and paddington train station (why I stay there). Room is small but acceptable. Fair price. I had very good impression with this hotel when I first stayed with them in 2008. However, my recent experience didn't impress me much due to the beddings (I'm happy with the shower room). The beddings looked clean and neat, however, both of my friend and I got itchy rashes after our first night sleep (we were staying there for 3 nights!). Apparently nothing can be done apart from changing room however they're fully booked. May not stay there again with the cleaniness standard and the increasing price.

Excellent location in paddington
Excellent location in paddington close to train station and express to Heathrow. Rooms very clean but very small though. Good for overnight stop. Have stopped here many times and will stop here again as long as pricing is right.

Another top hotel close to everything ie: Paddington Station and undergrond, Pubs,Restaurants. Could noy find fault with it.

The hotel room was THE smallest
The hotel room was THE smallest double room we have ever stayed in! I don't know how it can be classed as a 4 star hotel? It was the discounted price and location being near Paddington station for the heathrow express that attracted us so can't complain about the good deal through [this website] but it was so small it was almost dangerous - no room to put the laptop on the desk next to the kettle so had to put tea and coffee tray on the floor with the kettle whilst using the lap top. I have to give them credit for fitting as much as possible into such a confined space, however - but don't think I will return because of the size of the room.

La chambre qui nous a été proposée était très petite - on pouvait à peine passer entre le lit et les murs - au sous sol, avec en tout et pour tout une fenêtre de 1 mètre sur 30 cm, ouvrable en imposte sur 30 cm en haut de la fenêtre.

On arrival at the hotel I was
On arrival at the hotel I was told they didn't have a room for me and I was being moved to another one of there hotels, which was annoying as I picked the hotel for its location. They provided me with free taxis back to the original hotel when i needed to get to paddington. this was my second stay and the rooms are very clean and modern but very small
