- Serving you a variety of flavor and delicious meal, the Atlantico Restaurant and Lounge will certain be a treat. Located inside the Pestana Chelsea Bridge you can make your way to the Atlantico Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant serves a full English buffet as well as traditional dishes. From Monday to Friday, breakfast starts at 06:30 and ends at 11:00. On the weekend and Bank Holidays, the restaurant open for breakfast at 07:00. An informal or casual lunch can also be appreciated from 12h00 to 14h30 in the hotel's restaurant. For dinner, you can expect a formal and refined ambience, accompanied by exquisite Portuguese dishes prepared by the prestigious Chef Aime Barroyer. Dinner is served from 18h00 to 22h30 The bar is situated in the hotel lobby, where cocktails, beverages and light snacks, are available. "we do not trust you"
The hotel is modern, clean, the room was nice and spacy, the personnel friendly (other than the first receptionist). I knew that the hotel is located away from restaurants, bars and shops (but quiet!) so that was no issue either. What will prevent me from going back, however, is the strong impression that I was not trusted at all. If I prepaid, I would be tolerated, but if not not ... At arrival, I refused to authorise to debit my credit card with fixed amount of £50 for expenses that I MAY occur during my stay (my room was paid for in advance). (I do not have the time to check whether this will handled appropriately). As a consequence, I could not put my evening beer (4£!) on the room nor the breakfast - I had to pay cash immediately. The mini bar was empty other than for a lonely bottle of mineral water .... (most hotels in London offer a complimentary bottle anyway). This is definitively not the way to make me feel comfortable and welcome! It is these things which make the difference among the hundreds of otherwise good hotels.

This was my first trip to London. Staying @ the Pestana Chelsea was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

charming place near chelsea bridge
Nice & pleasant hotel, motivated staff, very nice pool, good restaurant with good staff. Short distance to chelsea bridge. Overall pleasant stay.

Hotel is extremley clean and is
Hotel is extremley clean and is within a short bus ride to Victoria tube station. Even though the nearest tube station is over 1.5kms away there is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel which will bring you to a tube or city centre. However there is not much in the way of any shops/restaurants or such near the hotel. Flew into Gatwick and this hotel is ideal if coming from this airport and not wanting to stay in the city centre.

概ね不満はありませんでした。周辺にレストランは無いので、タクシーで出かけるか又はホテルで食事をすることになりますが、ホテルではあまりメニューは多くないです。味はまずまずでした。部屋は広く清潔です。ミニバーは最上位部屋以外は、水のみだったのが少し残念でした。サービスは全般的に良かったです。大きな駐車場も隣接して便利。通りから奥まった所にあるのでやや見つけ難いですが、逆に車を一時停車する余裕があります。
