Enligt hotellsidan så ska det
Enligt hotellsidan så ska det finnas en massa faciliteter på rummet, det enda jag såg var en tv och så hårtorket. Tycker att det är dåligt att skriva ut allt det när det inte finns något. Vad gäller faciliteterna på hotellet så såg jag inte nått av dem heller. Bra frukost och trevlig personal.

poor quality
First impressions were OK and room looked stylish. However things went wrong early on. The TV had three channels, one of which was in black and white, despite the fact the system was digital with a freeview box somewhere. The TV switcher was connected to the bedside table by a cord - making customers feel they are treated as potential thieves. In the bathroom, the shower head was not connected up, and the shampoo/shower gel dispenser was located as far away from the shower and the sink as was humanely possible (ie in the opposite corner of the room!). The lift was out of order for 2 of the 3 days. Basically we had a very poor experience and will not stay there again.

Excellent for the price. Located in beautiful South Kensington, near the tube, good and cheap restaurants and cafes, but for people who are on the move the whole day. London is fantastic, but where are the English? By the way, I was counting the Aston Martins. Don't forget to visit the Imperial War Museum. I go every time I,m in London. Enjoy...

Good times in a great location
While the room was small, we had our own bathroom (many places in this price range only had shared facilities -- horrors!).

The booking websit states that "The onsite recreational facilities include swimming pool, sauna, spa and gymnasium." this is untrue. there are no fitness facilites at the hotel.

No gym facilities
I booked the hotel specifically because it had fitness facilities and on arrival found out that this is wrong. Despite the website (I booked through this web site) stating that, “The onsite recreational facilities include swimming pool, sauna, spa and gymnasium.”

Pour un séjour de 3 jours, nous avons trouvé le personnel peu souriant et pas aimable et un service suffisant. chambre supérieur de la taille d'une normale, très surfaite. Déjeuner pas varié et très pauvre. Propreté de la salle de bain pas top. En résumé rapport qualité prix beaucoup trop cher.

me gustó el hotel, está muy bien,
me gustó el hotel, está muy bien, sobre todo la situación, cerca de Hyde Park y con el metro a cinco minutos. Tienes acceso a internet en los salones, que por cierto están muy agradables. El desayuno estaba muy bien y el personal muy majo, aunque echamos de menos que en un hotel en el que habían tantos españoles alojados nadie del personal hiciera un mínimo intento por hablar castellano, al menos un "hola". Es un buen hotel en el que pasar unos días en Londres, lo recomiendo.

The room a little bit to small
The room a little bit to small but otherwise ok. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Location good, easy access to both underground and bus.
