Don't Stay at This Hotel
The rooms were very small for the price. We were charged extreme rates for everything including the wifi, and telephone use. The front desk staff was rude with the exception of one person. The breakfast was good as long as you got there early, and it was walking distance to train station and bus stop. The staff was not very helpful and the prices raised a hundred pounds since we checked in due to the snow storm stranding people in London. Very sad experience.

The underground station at Victoria had an information station inside that had all sight seeing tours, day trips, and bus routes for all local and non-local attractions

Good value, central location
Rooms are small, but nice. Great central location in the city. Good free breakfast as well, allowing you to get a decent and healthy meal before you set out for the day. For the price it was as expected. I would stay again... They also have a small bar in the lobby so you can grab a drink on your way in or out.

Great location, good price
This is a pretty good hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the Victoria Train Station and the Pimlico Underground Stop. For the reasonable active it is a reasonable walking distance to Buckingham Palace and to the Parliment Buildings. The Hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was good. wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
