Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, gute lage und sehr sauber. Schade war, mein fernseher ging nicht richtig, lavabo abwasserleitung war verstopft und die türe von ser dusche war ebenfalls defekt. Personal hat aber jedoch sofort reagiert und repapiert. Also 5 sterne hat dieses hotel nicht verdient Schade :(

Travelling man
Great value but more 4 star than 5 star
I had just stayed at The Langham, which really is a 5 star hotel, so perhaps the comparison is unfair. At the price, it was a great deal. The Grange (Tower) was great and the staff very good, but the level of "fit and finish" wasn't what I would expect for a 5 star hotel. Also the location is not particulalry attractive. It is among a number of non-descript office buildings and flats, and quite near a busy on-ramp type of intersection. It is handy to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Tower Hill tube stop, but only after you make your way past a pair of very busy intersections.

Be sure to take the guided tour of the Tower of London that is given by one of the Beffeater guards once you get inside (not a private tour). A great experience.

State of the Arts Bathroom
I was not to happy with the location but that's because I don't know London. The staff was helpful, polite, welcoming, and more. Breakfast was amazing and the spa looks inviting but I did not have time to use it.

nice relaxing weekend
I spent 2 nights in this hotel and it was perfect. The staff is really nice and helpful. I also enjoyed the spa which was not too crowded and I even had a relaxing massage. By the way when you book via this website the breakfast is not included (cost 15 pounds). But beside the hotel you can have a full English breakfast for 4 pounds.

Nothing tops the Grange Tower Bridge
Okay, so I had to pamper myself for a couple of days here and it was fabulous. I had room service every early morning, like around three or four in the morning and the staff and food were amazing. I would gawk at the prices, but if you look anywhere in London the prices are pretty much the same everywhere. My only disappointment was that the gym wasn't free - it was 20 pounds per day, which if you look at almost any gym in London, it's the same cost. Thank goodness for the super-low discount pricing; I couldn't have had the experience otherwise.

Make sure that you book your shows well in advance. Maybe it was because I was in London during the peak New Year's time, but the shows sell out uber-fast.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The facilities were modern. While going up the elevator it had this amazing wow factor as it was made of glass. What an entrance. The rooms were stylish and comfortable. If I was only ever to go to one hotel it would probable be this one.
