Capstan tillställningsrum består av tre anpassningsbara rum som är lämpade för möten eller presentationer. Rummen kan kombineras för att hålla cocktail-mottagningar. Custom House Hotel London är beläget inom behändigt avstånd från större sevärdheter som Museum of Childhood, HMS Belfast, en lätt brittisk kryssare, samt London Dungeon.
Incheckning 14:00 men vi kan eventuellt checka in dig tidigare på begäran och under förutsättning att ett gästrum finns att tillgå. Du kan lämna ditt bagage i vår bagageförvaring.
Hotellet erbjuder avgiftsbelagd parkering (10 pund per natt).

- The Capstan Function Rooms consist of three adaptable rooms, all equipped with air-conditioning and adjustable lighting. The two larger rooms are fitted out with state-of-the-art audio and visual facilities including a built in LCD projector and dropdown screen, VHS, CD and DVD players. All of the rooms have natural daylight and are situated at street level with disabled access to all areas. If you require a larger space, the rooms can be combined (see table below) and will hold up to 350 people for a cocktail reception or a banquet suite for up to 156 people incorporating the Silver Bar and restaurant - ideal for weddings, special celebrations or conventions.

The regular price was too high
The regular price was too high for what was offered, but the reduced price I paid was fully worth it.

One of the best value Hotels in
One of the best value Hotels in London, and in a great location if you need to be in the Dockside area, or near London Airport & The 02 Arena. Sadly the bar has no drinkable ale but the food is good and The Chinese Restuarant is one of my favourite places to eat.

The hotel was spotlessly clean,
The hotel was spotlessly clean, the front desk and customer service was excellent and the room (a superior double)although a little small was perfectly adequate for a one night (saturday) overnight stay. I would highly recommend the Custom House and will certainly stay again in the future.

We were going to the O2 so this
We were going to the O2 so this is the best place to stay,the surrounding area is not great but if you walk over the bridge near excel its a nice walk on the other side of the bank.The Carribean bar is really friendly and a nice place to have a drink.The Custom House is a really nice hotel and we wil definitely stay there again when we are going to the O2,great cooked breakfast as well.

Excellent location for the O2.
Excellent location for the O2. Not a huge choice for breakfast. Would stay there again.

Very well located hotel for Excel
Very well located hotel for Excel and O2. It is also opposite a DLR station. The ensuite is prefabricated and quite small but perfectly adequate for a short stay.The only criticism I have is both mornings we were there we had a powercut for 2 hours otherwise a very convenient hotel for the price.

Positive surprise, best 3 star
Positive surprise, best 3 star London hotel I've stayed in. Good food both in the pleasant pub and the cafeteria. Very good continental breakfast (for a UK hotel).

It is very cold. Just one air
It is very cold. Just one air con unit to heat up the room so it takes ages. Hot water took ages to start also. It was a bit smelly and delapidated. The clientele was 'colourful'. The new Ibis around the corner looks a lot nicer. Wouldn't stay again.
