- Executive Studio
- These spacious executive apartments are situated on the upper floors and benefit from being located to the front of the building. All come with the benefit of contemporary interiors including leather sofas, fitted kitchens, wet rooms or bathrooms, featuring high specification audiovisual equipment including iPod docking stations and flat screen TVs with access to Freeview digital channels and Wi-Fi.
- Standard Studio
- These newly furnished contemporary standard apartments are all situated on the lower ground floor and all feature fully fitted kitchens, and wet rooms. The apartments feature high-specification audiovisual, equipment including iPod docking stations and flat screen TVs with access to Freeview digital channels and Wi-Fi.
- Superior Studio
- These superior studios are larger than the standard studios and situated on the upper floors within the development. All come with the benefit of contemporary interiors fitted kitchens, wet rooms or bathrooms, featuring high-specification audiovisual equipment including iPod docking stations and flat screen TVs with access to Freeview digital channels and Wi-Fi.
- Single Duplex Apartment
- The single split-level duplex is ideally suited for the single traveler and comes with a fitted kitchenette and walk in wet room. The guests can enjoy the benefits of the high specification audiovisual equipment and Wi-Fi access.
- Double Hotel Room
- These double rooms are comparable to a typical hotel room and all are situated on the upper floors. All rooms come with the same contemporary interiors and are equipped with high-specification audiovisual equipment including, iPod docking stations and flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities and walk in wet rooms. These rooms are ideal for guests with no requirement for kitchen facilities. Alternatively they can be combined with an executive apartment to create a larger two bedroom suite.

Be aware of bathroom
Nice location but the bathroom was the problem. Small shower with no bath tub and the whole floor including toilet in bathroom was flooded every time you take shower. It was very dark and it takes 3 hours to dry out, so very uncomfortable to use toilet. They change the bed sheets and towels every 5 days. You hear slaimng doors of next door and noises from hallway.

Expensive and impersonal
Notting Hill Gate location is great , but don't expect a warm hospitable welcome. This is an efficient business that makes sure that the first priority if not the only one, once you've entered the front door is to get your card payment details. Room decor is stylish, very modern with high spec quality but the 'executive studio' offers only small basic, minimalist amenitiies. No extras included. You get the basics and nothing more. Broken lights and toilet flush noted, as was the dust on the floor we wrote our names in. Modern high tech oven looks good but no instructions available. Reception staff are pleasant but will not bother engaging with guests or offer any local information unless pressed. I found the large warning signs in the room of how much guests will be charged from their card details if anyone dares overstay their welcome and checks out late after 10am. £30 plus vat for each hour or extra night charge,to be an unecessary overkill to get the message across. Will not rush back. Central london accommodation is famous for being extortionate but for a warm welcome, great comfort and central location its Dolphin Square for us next time.

Short walk from hotel
Nando's on the adjacent High St. South African Portugese piri piri chicken and chips . Great for a quick meal after a busy day's walking or recovering from an ordeal on the tube.
