It was a pleasure to find ourselves in roomy comfort, very, very clean, superb staff giving every assistance to our stay. Mapping out points of interest and giving a verbal history of same, Malcolm certainly knows his Glasgow. What more can we say, oh yes, plenty of establishments within walking distance, with choices for all appetites. Could not have been more central. We were very satisfied indeed. Would recomend to anyone. And, to know you are world wide was an eye opener. Relatives who came to visit us were most impressed.

A warm welcome, staff very friendly
A warm welcome, staff very friendly and helpful .The studio was spacious, nicely decorated and furnished, would move in permenantly if I could afford to! Will definatley be staying here again many times in the future.

Very high spec apartments close
Very high spec apartments close to Merchant City entertainment quarter and easy walk to shopping and business district. Good place to be based to explore Glasgow.

Good but noisy
My wife and I spent one night at the Fraser Suites during our last vacation day in Scotland. The hotel room was very nice -- spacious suite that was well-kept. The location was good in the sense that it was a very short walk to Argyle St, Sauchiell St, and other attractions. However, the room was very noisy from the traffic and other sounds coming off the streets below. Even the classical music playing on the provided stereo did not compensate. Hotel staff was very friendly. The provided continental breakfast was average.

Winter Warrier
Great home away from home suite!
We were in Glasgow for 2 weeks and stayed in a one-bedroom suite. Found it to be a clean, safe, and comfortable suite. We attended our daughter's graduation at the University of Glasgow and did sightseeing in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness/Loch Ness, and St. Andrew's. We did much walking in Merchant City and City Centre and used the subway to travel within the city. We traveled to other towns by train. Fraser Suites is in a super location with many nice restaurants, pubs, and stores/shopping options within walking distance. Train and bus stations are also within walking distance; a shuttle service is offered to some sights in the early a.m. and late afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have laundry facilities on site.

Short walk from hotel
We had wonderful meals at Gandolfi's (breakfasts and haggis for dinner), Gandolfi Fish (excellent fish and chips), and Guy's (generous portion of mussels as a starter and superb lamb shank). We had wonderful wines everywhere! The Barras (flea market)is open during the weekend days for a unique experience only a few blocks away.
