The Southcrest Manor Hotel Redditch has a 24 hour reception desk, safety deposit box, plus fax and photocopying facilities. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the property.
Check in from 2.00pm. On check in a credit card will be asked to authorise.
Plenty of FREE car parking available in the hotel grounds. CCTV is operated.

Good value
just had a one night stay during a visit to the NEC. Arriving at the hotel in the evening we had a nice welcome from the very friendly receptionist. On inquiring about local places to eat she recommended a nearby Indian restaurant. By the time we had unpacked our overnight bag she had kindly drawn us a map of how to get there.The friendliness of all the staff we encountered more than made up from the tired looking decor in our room.

A hotel undergoing refurbishment
A hotel undergoing refurbishment but bearing this in mind it is making a real go of making guests welcome. The breakfast was brilliant and more than we could eat! All personnel were helpful, pleasant and attentive to our needs even though we were just staying for one night. Even with work underway the hotel was very quiet. We recommend a walk in the grounds for fresh air and exploration.

nets in bedroom were very stained,
nets in bedroom were very stained, i understand it has been taken over by another company and it is due for a full referbisment....i would not hesitate to return enjoyed my stay nice and quiet.
