Exactly how advertised - Boutique on a Budget

Bloc Hotel Birmingham is a budget-friendly haven in Birmingham that delivers contemporary comforts close to popular area attractions. Corporate guests at this boutique hotel can easily attend trade fairs and exhibitions at The International Convention Centre close by. In leisure, vacationers can also have a look at otters, capybaras, meerkats and lynxes at Birmingham Nature Centre, catch sporting events at The National Indoor Arena or explore St Paul's Church at the Georgian St Paul's Square.

Bloc Hotel Birmingham provides vending machines for snacks and hot drinks and hairdryer upon request at the reception. During free time, guests can hit a few holes on the greens of Edgbaston Golf Club or watch concerts at O2 Academy Birmingham.

Exactly how advertised - Boutique on a Budget

Loved the mood lighting, and the power shower was something else. I only marked the Room Comfort down slightly as I had quite a noisy fan/pump? in the bathroom going all night. But was too tired to care! Only other point - the air was a wee bit drying, you will gallons of water overnight!! Which on the face of it is no bad thing. Very helpful staff who pointed me in the direction of a lovely restaurant so I didn't have too far to walk in the heavy snow. Altogether a very nice experience and will definately go back again.

Restaurangtips: Short walk from hotel

Lots of lovely Restaurants/takeaways with a very short distance. Try the Paradise Lagoon Caribbean cafe a short distance to the north opposite a large Tesco Metro.
