Not what I expected...
The bathroom smelled like urine and I found the room to be very unlike the pictures. The tv was painfully small and there were only about 10 channels. On top of that I had to pay for internet service. Not my main pick for my next trip.

Can't get closer to the airport...
The property was not bad, a little run down but you simply can't get closer to the airport. If you want to be downtown it is about 20 minutes away but the bus runs downtown 24 hours a day and picks up about 50 yards from the front of the hotel. Very convenient if you want to go check out Belfast. This is not a hotel for a vacation, it is simply a place to sleep with access to the airport and downtown if you don't mind riding the bus. Pretty clean and service was pretty good.

Very convenient
I stayed at the Park Plaza Belfast on an overnight layover and wanted a hotel near the airport. Well, it doesn't get any closer or more convenient than this! As you step out of Belfast International Airport, the hotel is literally 100 yards away. It was perfect as a convenient layover hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the room was a good size with a king bed. The bed itself was not particularly comfortable, but it was clean. Room did not have an iron and board, but did have a trouser press. Coffee maker was in the room. There is a nice lobby bar, which I believe is open 24 hours and the restaurant served a reasonable, albeit slightly expensive breakfast buffet. If you are looking for a nice hotel with reasonable amenities, a good bar and restaurant and requiring no hassle to get there - I would highly recommend the Park Plaza.
