The service was excellent and check in was a breeze.
The room was very clean and set up nicely. The only problem was that they didn't wake us up on time and we would have missed our flight. The hotel was very close to the airport which helped us leave. Overall a great place to stay.

Given the price I paid, I didn't expect such a nice hotel. Spacious room with comfortable bed, and the breakfast buffet is a perfect way to start the day.
Only two minor things: Although the design of the shower room reduces the need of a shower curtain, lacking one still causes some water to spread on the floor. And to use the free internet service requires a new set of id and password every hour, which is a bit troublesome.

Great location for the barrio museo and if interested the shopping facilities . The grand mercado also neraby which is well worth a look . Staff very friendly and helpful .Rooms fine without being stunning but good view of square below with bar . All in all good value for money .

This hotel was close and convenient, centrally located, the staff was amiable and accommodating, and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The decor in the hallway by the rooms was a bit off, but I didn't mind.

Buona posizione vicino a metro e punti di interesse. Assenza di wi-fi e sistemazione della camere non impeccabile (se non li richiedi non vengono sostituiti i prodotti da bagno). Buona la colazione anche se non compresa nel prezzo.

en la foto sale muy bonita la habitacion pero cuando entre me quede chafada luego todo estaba con polvo y sabiendo k vamos a llegar lo suyo esk se limpie, el baño lo unico k m gusto fueron los jabones porque a los hoteles k ido tienen mampara k es lo suyo no cortinas kpasa x ahi mucha gente y asi estaban amarillentas y en alguns sitios negro y para es me voy a un camping y me kde impresionada de k un NH fuera asi.

La habitación no era muy grande, pero tenía de todo. Ideal para una estancia corta. Se encuentra cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes, y a una media hora tanto del centro como del Paseo Marítimo.

A hotel with character in the centre of Valencia, within easy walking distance of two metro stations. Bedding, room and bathroom were clean, with the possible exception of "out-of-the-way" places; a little more effort here would make the cleanliness levels exceptional.
My room faced the internal courtyard, which while it did not provide views, did shield me from the (considerable) noise of the city.
The staff were perfectly helpful whenever I spoke to them; I did not take breakfast, since to be honest the 13 price seemed a little hefty when nearby cafes have prices starting at 2.
In summary, a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

We had an excellent stay in the Husa Dimar.
The room was lovely, very spacious and modern. The location is very good, very near the main shopping area. There a load of restaurants and pubs on the block behind it and the park is only a few hundred Yards away. The staff were very pleasant and the cleaning staff were very good. We'd stay again in a shot unfortunately we might not be back in lovely Valencia for a few Years. Highly recommended.

Hotel located in nice area adjacent to line 3 of metro system so providing access from the airport for less than 3 euros. Access to main attractions easy by metro. Hotel rooms were well sized, quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff were extremely helpful. The only down-side was the TV which didn't have any English speaking channels apart from Russia Today. All areas had free (if slow) Wi-Fi. The large indoor swimming pool and the gym were definite bonus points of our stay.

il buffet per colazione e per la cena è da provare, anzi è da consigliare si mangia tantissimo e costa veramente poco rispetto ai costi esterni.
All'interno dell'hotel si può usare la palestra, piscina, sauna, jaccuzy tutto compreso nel prezzo ( molto ma molto bello, considerando che è una palestra vera )
dimenticavo dall'aeroporto all'hotel si prende solo una linea metrovalencia.

Hôtel de très bon niveau. Un peu éloigné du centre (compter 8 à 10 euros pour rentrer en taxi) mais sinon à 5 minutes à pieds de la station métro de Beniferri. Très calme.

This was my second stay at the Sorolla Palace. I came back because it's a very smart hotel, with nice rooms and provides great relaxation. The hotel is in a newish part of the City, and while it's a trip from the centre, the public transport links are good.
While I was still impressed with the hotel, and its restaurant provided excellent meals, it seems that the deep recession that has hit Spain very hard has caught up with this hotel (although not as badly as the Hilton across the road, which has closed down completely).
The bar stayed shut throughout my week there, and staff seemed short on number. Also, the pool area needs a number of running repairs. However, the rooms were still well cleaned and appointed.
This is still a good base from which to enjoy the wonderful city of Valencia.

This hotel is excelently located. You can have a pleasant walk of about 10 min to the city of art and sciences. It also has nearby 3 restaurante within one block or less, including a nice and fancy and not top expensive paella, a pizza and other restaurants from other hotels nearby. It is 20min walk to historic downtown but you can take a 6 euro taxi. Beach is far, but only 7 min taxi ride about 10 euro. Food is good only had ver y decent breakfast. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fell good and bathroom is good too. Only bad detail is towells which are in ver y bad condition. Rooftop pool is also great. I think it is very difficult to get something better for this price. I came with very demanding friends and made this reservation for all and people were very pleased

You have to pay 6 euro per day for the internet connection, but that was less than some places.
Room was nice with instant coffee in room.

Nice hotel, about a half an hour walk from the train station and the centre of the city. The number 19 bus goes from the train station and stops across the road from the hotel. Great location if you are planning to visit the Oceanarium.
El Corte Ingles is around the corner from the hotel.
Hotel is lovely but swimming pool is very small!

We stayed here 2 nights in October, 2011. Got a room on the fifth floor facing the rotunda and City of Arts and Science. Breathtaking! Our room had a king size bed in which we slept like babies. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The shower was a little weird since it sprays out when you shower. But who cares! The view!! The bed!!
The location was perfect for what we went to Valencia to see and do. We went to the Aquarium, the Hemispheric (dinosaurs), planetarium/Imax theater and the Museum of Science. The whole City of Art and Science was a wonderful place to stroll and people-watch if you like that sort of thing. We also happened upon the Museum of Fallers which was free because it was Sunday - I think. I just know it was free and we had a great time! We also enjoyed the parks which are all right there across from the hotel. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant next door which was very, very good and then another night went down to the beach to have authentic paella. We opted for the 3 course menu which was 18 euros/pp and consisted of salad for the first course, a variety of fried seafood for second, paella for the third course, dessert sampler (soooo good!) and pitchers of Sangria. We had a ball!!
At the end of every day we sat out front of the hotel in one of the tables and just enjoyed the city lights, sights and sounds while having a beer. My husband actually caught the NO Saints on tv in the hotel restaurant. He was one happy camper!
You can't beat this hotel for the price. Not in my experience. The location was perfect, the staff was friendly and did speak English, the room was comfortable - the floors could have been cleaner, and the taxis are right out front. I believe the room had free wi fi. I could care less about that or a tv. We went to see Valencia and we did just that!

Great hotel, great location, and great reception desk. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was nicely decorated but if travelling with someone whom you're not intimate with, you may not like the open shower arrangement. Hotel sells tickets to the local attractions. Purchasing through them allowed me bypass the long lines at the attraction entrances. The bus stop for the BioParc was a short walk across the Rio Turia and the City of Arts and Science was practically at the hotel's front door. Old City Valencia is probabably a 4 or 5 Euro taxi ride. I found the bus near the bull ring which cost 1.30 Euro. Drop off right at the City of Science and Arts.

nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet hôtel. la surprise on est en pleine zone commerciale il y a tout mais vraiment que ça soit en meubles restaurants habillement enfant et adultes, loisirs.
franchement l'hôtel est bien et si ça suffit pas vous pouvez aller en centre ville avec le bus jaune 183 devant le lidl et vous descendez au terminus c'est le centre ville de valencia et la bas vous pourrez prendre ou le 22 ou le 32 qui vous emmène directement à la plage .
sinon je met 4 étoiles parce que dans la chambre internet ne passe pas la première journée ça marché et après plus internet.
on a fait de très bonne affaire pendant les soldes
sinon chambre climatisé, piscine petite salle de fitness, sauna, terrain de tennis

apparthotel non desservi par transport public, donc voiture indispensable. Cuisine pas du tout équipée en batterie de cuisine ( beaucoup de placards mais vides). Personnel à l'accueil très professionnel et parlant couramment français. Appartement spacieux.

Que dire, allez y, pour le prix, c'est vraiment donné : un grand appartement avec chambre très spatieuse, séjour très spacieux, terrasse immense, bon la c'est peut être un coup de chance car il n'y en a pas à tous les apparts, petite cuisine mais très fonctionnelle (manque tout de même quelques ustensiles utiles, mais on se débrouille).
Enfin un séjour enchanteur, non loin de valence (A 3 min ou de la mer).

I picked this hotel because I read that it was near the train station and it's literally right next door! The area around Xativa, the train station, and the bull ring is a main convergence point in Valencia's old town. That means that there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, but also a lot of people. I was a bit concerned about noise, but our room faced the street and, in my opinion, it was not bad at all (just the occasional police car or car alarm you might hear anywhere). It's also close to a metro stop which can get you to the newer parts of town (including the airport), and many buses come by that go into the old town (I'd recommend walking if you're able, though, as the bus routes are confusing and can take more time than walking. Just bring a map because it's so easy to get lost!).
Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. The bathroom and shower were clean and well-maintained through the week. The staff was nice and helpful, and most spoke at least a little English.

Hotel très bien situé juste en face de la cité des arts et des sciences et à mi-chemin entre le centre et la plage (bus 19 pr s'y rendre en 5mn). A 15mn de l'aéroport en taxi (environ 20€).
Chambre très confortable et très belle salle de bain hyper bien agencée! Chambre au 7è étage, vue piscine (petite mais sympa) Assurez vous d'avoir une chambre non fumeur car odeur très forte!! (2ème étage à éviter - on a demandé pr changer de chambre directement, il n'y a pas eu de problème)
Petit-déjeuner buffet très varié et très copieux, on s'est régalés. Si vous aimez le shopping, super grand centre commercial à 2 pas.
Pour le soir, supers petits resto dans les ruelles de la vieille ville,entrée+paella+dessert pour 12€ et très bon! Aussi restos et ambiance à la marina près du port.
