This adults-only oceanfront complex offers a personalised butler service in all suites. The outdoor pool has Balinese beds and hydromassage loungers. Each suite has a private terrace with ocean or garden views.
Red Level at Gran Melia Palacio de Isora is an exclusive private area of the Gran Melia Palacio de Isora Resort. Guests have access to all hotel facilities, including a wide range of international restaurants, 6 bars, a lagoon infinity pool and tennis courts. There is also a spa and a gym.
Each spacious, elegant suite at the Red Level comes with a Nespresso coffee machine, an iPod dock and free WiFi. Bathrooms include a hydromassage shower, an oversized bathtub and Clarins bathroom amenities.
The exclusive Red Level lounge has a free bar in the early evening, and offers free tea and coffee all day. It also includes a poolside bar service and a business centre.
The hotel is 40 minutes drive from Las Canadas del Teide National Park, and 35 minutes from Tenerife Reina Sofia Airport. The centre of Alcala is a 10-minute walk away.

Haut de gamme
Bel hôtel, très jolie vue, excentré des sites trop touristiques ou bétonnés. Service haut de gamme au Red Level, super petit-déjeuner avec vue magnifique, apéro open-bar bien fourni le soir. Petit bémol sur les tarifs des services supplémentaires (mais bon, on est sur du haut de gamme...). A noter : pas de plage, mais une piscine à débordement qui s'étend sur des dizaines et dizaines de mètres.

Ruhig und gepflegt
Riesenkomplex. Jedoch ist die Abteilung Red Level gut abgeschirmt und überschaubar. Das Meer spielt nur als Kulisse eine Rolle, d.h. kein (brauchbarer) Meerzugang (alles Steine).

Fantastisch hotel
Wij verbleven 1 week in Red Level. Fantastische week gehad. Buitengewoon vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel. Ontbijt op overdekt terras, deels à la carte, met champagne.... Overdag gratis drank nl. Nespresso- en water. Apart zwembad en ligweide (alleen voor adults). Kamers uitzonderlijk mooi afgewerkt en netjes met ook gratis Nespresso-service op de kamer. Eten kan in self-service of à la carte Italiaans restaurant (inbegrepen in half-board). In de andere restaurants moet bijbetaald worden. Als wij volgende keer teruggaan, nemen wij alleen ontbijt, dan kan je in alle restaurants gaan eten. Wij hebben echt een fantastische week gehad!
