Four stars? Definitely NOT.
Front desk staff fumbled both check-in and check-out. No elevator from garage to anywhere. Questions about tours were answered by pointing at a rack of brochures. Bar and restaurant service was awful. Same for the food. Room was not large but OK in size. Furniture had seen better days. TV has 13 channels, including all of one in English (CNN). Location is OK. You can walk from the hotel across the river where all the sights are.

Trés bon hotel,accueil efficace
Trés bon hotel,accueil efficace et se mettant à la portée des clients de bons conseils pour visiter et réserver.Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée télè mini bar salle de bain grande et compléte.Petit déjeuner buffet trés complet et pour tous les gouts Localisation à 5Minutes à pied du centre ville et des principaux monuments Hotel à recommander
