was very unhappy that the hotel was over 30min away from the city. description made it sound close. everyday had to take train to get anywhere.

rester aunts in general will try to over charge you for everything, also will bring bread and as soon as it hits table, you have to pay per person for it

Business Trip to Barcelona
Taxi cabs may not be able to find this hotel since it is new along with the surronding roads. Taxi cost was ~60.00 Euro from the Barcelona Airport. The train will take longer and you will have to change lines but will cost ~10 Euro.

Short walk from hotel
Train into Barcelona is a short walk from hotel and is 2.15 euro and takes 25 minutes. Saves both time an money over cabs. Once in the city Metro passes can be purchased to for per tip or per day travl.

Great location for travelling into city by train. Station within short walk. But difficult to find by car even with satnav. Hotel should give more information about this at time of booking and also have clear address and location map in reception area.

Good hotel, but to far from BCN airport.
Great hotel, excellent staff, but to far from BCN airport and it takes 22 minutes from the Cataluna station to station near the hotel. This hotel is located in Zone 2 of the subway system, which will cost you 15 euros for 10 rides.

The good and the bad
Great hotel, but to far from the airport. From the airport is about an hour. From Cataluna station is about 22 minutes. The subway system in Barcelona charge depending on the ZONE you are trying to go. Where this hotel is located is in ZONE 2. Which is 15 EUROS for 10 rides and for ZONE 1 is only 10 EUROS for 10 rides. The main attractions are in ZONE 1. R/R system in Spain is very confusing, specially in the main station (Sants station). R/R stations are very old and don't have easy access or ramps if you are traveling with kids or suitcases.

GREAT
The Hotel was good. Breakfast was good, everyone was very helpful, i would def. sty there again. One thing it was a little far from the city and hard to get too in the begining.
