- Exclusive rooms designed to make you feel as if you were at your own apartment in Madrid. Apart from the LCD screens, the wifi connection and the Cisco intelligent telephones, as in the case of the other rooms, suites are provided with HI FI Stereo equipment so that you may enjoy your favourite music. Our twenty five 60m2 Junior Suites are provided with an independent sitting room and with a big, luxurious dressing room. The bathroom is big and it is luxuriously fitted and it is also provided with a washtub and a hydromassage shower. My flight was super early and to my surprise, the front desk was very accommodating to get me into a room that morning. Very comfortable, well-designed room. New, modern, and executive. Located in the PwC building. Very friendly and multilingual hotel staff who wanted to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Be careful of the shower--the jets will cause water to spill out all over the floor. Located in Cuatros Torres, about a 5 minute walk from Begona metro station.

Short walk from hotel
If you're taking the metro, be sure to follow the signs for the Cuatros Torres exit. You should take a series of escalators and tunnels to emerge on the side closest to this hotel. Look for the PwC building--hotel is here. A nice park nearby too.

4-day stay
Hotel staff was unbelievably professional and curteous. The room was nice except for if you turned the horizontal jets on in the shower than the would allow for the water to run down the door and leak out all over the small bathroom floor.

This hotel has it all....best room service in europe...we went to 12 cities and 7 countries on our honeymoon and this wins hands down as best over all..best breakfast buffet on earth

Peripatetic traveler
Great for business, less for vacation
I spent over a week at the Eurostars Madrid Hotel, which is located outside the hubbub (but also the conveniences) of Madrid. Superb front desk staff, great rooms, hefty prices for food, wifi, unbeatable views, clean rooms and a genuine willingness to make anything right that wasn't. Best for business travelers.

Excellent Hotel
Impressive Hotel. The rooms are amazing and have a very unique decor. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel far exceeded any expectations.
