The hotel is very good. Big camera, big bed, very clean. If you have children there are many actraction to do, and in the night there are many show.

La plupart des chambres ont vue sur la mer contre un supplément de € 15, à préciser svp. Une seule personne à la réception était désagréable. Les plaques de cuisson étaient incapables de porter l'eau à ébullition. La TV ne fonctionnait pas et la télécommande manquait; il a été possible d'en obtenir une contre un dépôt de € 10, qui n'est pas automatiquement rétrocédé lors du départ et que j'ai oublié de réclamer en partant. Aucun sèche-cheveux dans l'appartement, ni à la réception qui a dû en acheter un le lendemain. Je suis devenu tueur de cafards, malgré la bombe insecticide mise à disposition. Je passe sous silence quelques détails.

Un séjour idéal !
Grand hôtel bien organisé, idéalement situé, doté d'un personnel accueillant, efficace et compétent, aucune mauvaise surprise !
S'agissant d'une énorme machine (sans doute près de 1000 chambres !) on aurait pu craindre que l'effet de masse se traduise par des désagréments au niveau du client individuel. En fait, l'espace et gigantesque et, même au niveau des repas, cet effet de masse est traité par une plus grande variété et même des initiatives de cuisine recherchée qui suppriment tout effet de lassitude.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel !

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in November. There's a good selection of pools with one heated pool near the hotel spa. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is set on a hillside so there's some up hill walking once you get into the hotel but there's an elevator up to the entrance.
90% of the people staying there were middle aged Germans, so the hotel was very civilised. The same can be said for the Jandia area in general. There was none of the rowdiness you'd associate with other Canary Island locations.
The hotel food, which is a buffet, was generally good with a different selection for each meal every day. However it's easy to get bored with it after a few days.
Be careful with any poultry you get though as at one meal I picked up a piece of turkey that had a small piece that was still pink and undercooked.
This one was the one blot on an overall very enjoyable stay.

Close to the airport, some way from shops and a beach, clean, very good value and very helpful staff. There is a free shuttle bus to the local hypermarket and nearby town via other hotels in the Elba chain.

Location: nice setting on beach and near Hypermarket with one good Bar/Restaurant on beach, but 25 mins walk to most Restaurants and town; also on flight path to nearby airport.
Meal plan: mainly caters for Fully-inclusive guests. Bar staff did not handle drinks charged to room very well and some wanted to serve fully-inclusive guests first because it was easier for them. Breakfasts were good and Egg-Chefs deserve a special mention.
Accommodation: Room and balcony view good; pools good; pool area too small for hotel when fully booked.
Staff: Bar staff either good or V bad; Reception staff helpful; cleaners good. Management responded to criticism, Daytime Activities staff freindly and enthusiastic

There is no doubt that the hotel is lovely and in a great location, however our visit and our holiday was spoiled by a very rude male member of staff on our arrival at the check in desk. When we arrived he could not find our booking and was very unhelpful and downright rude. One hour later when he eventually tracked down the said booking, he started quibbling about the price. His name was William. He made no apology whatsoever even after he was in the wrong. I also witnessed him being quite gruff with other guests.I will not be going to Elba Sara Hotel again.

l'hôtel est très bien tenue aussi bien que l'intérieur ou extérieur .juste un petit inconvenient il est dommage que le personnel ne parle pas le français .pour la plage dommage qu'il y est la cote a monter au retour mais bon ce n'est pas une catastrophe

The hotel is situated up a very steep hill (45 degree possibly) . Apart from its situation - which certainly keeps you fit - the hotel is excellent. The facilities, and room - superior sea view was exactly what we were looking for. cleaned daily and comfortable.
Entertainment staff were brilliant -day and night. Our only complaint (minor) was the food. The quantity, quality and variety was excellent - there is no need for anyone to go hungry! Our problem was one of the party does not eat fish, and some evenings the meat supplied was goat, veal or rabbit as I put totally not to "our" taste, but no problems if you like these meats. Other choices were pastas, pizzas and vege options! The buffet did get a bit repetative after 12 days so we did eat out on one occasion. Be prepared though as prices have certainly gone up since our last visit about 4 years ago. (3 courses, with bottle wine and two drinks £75) - it makes all inc very reasonable!!!! We would certainly recommend this hotel.

The apartments are simple, functional and clean - we went in December and found it great value for money. The location is good - not too noisy but only 100m from the "main strip" in corralejo so plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer. Sehr sauber und auch mit 3 Betten immer noch genügend Platz. Pool und Essen waren auch gut. Sehr langer Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Lage zum Hotel.

Esperábamos que un hotel de esta categoría fuera ya zona Wi-Fi gratuita. Llevábamos un portátil y fue imposible utilizarlo.
Además, por su ubicación y características, sugerimos la puesta en marcha de un servicio de alquiler de bicicletas para disfrutar los alrededores y completar la amplia gama de servicios ya existentes.

we enjoyed both our stays at the hotel and must comment on the very high standard of the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. We would like to name three in particular, only because we had more contact with them than the others. They were Abil and flavia behind the lobby bar and the lady head waiter in the resteraunt.
