Big, beautiful room. Excellent location, 100 meters from the beach. Courteous and professional staff. One of the best hotels I have ever been. While expensive (high season), it is highly recommended for those who love comfort.

We stayed for one night and the location and rooms were great. Decent sized room, helpful staff, good walking location to cathedral, sea front and watch tower. I'd recommend to anyone needing a good base to explore. It's NOT for a beach goer though

Good for beach, not for old town

If you are looking for a beach hotel this is a great location directly across the street from the sand. However, if you are here to tour the old town and visit the castle, cathedral, etc., you will need to take a taxi ride that will cost about 5 Euro. There are places to eat and shop near the hotel but they are generally fastfood places and stores selling souvenirs.
Our room had a balcony and a view of the playground/park as well as a partial water view. The room was larger than average for a European hotel as was the bathroom. There was only a shower, no bathtub, but the bathroom was roomy and nice.
No internet access in the rooms and you have to pay for access in the lobby.

La relación calidad/precio con desayuno incluido es realmente buena.
También destacar que en nuestro caso disfrutamos de unas noches muy tranquilas para descansar, debido a la ubicación de nuestra habitación, al fondo, todo un detalle por parte de quien la asignó.
Personalmente he echado de menos una caja fuerte en la habitación y la posibilidad de acceso a Internet desde la misma.
Sugeriría asfaltar el aparcamiento del fondo.

Wir waren nur einen Tag auf der Durchreise dort. Klasse Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und gutem Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu besichtigen.

Ideal hotel for those who wish to enjoy the sun and the sea but close enough to the town centre. There is an outdoor swimming pool as well as private parking in the basement for exclusive use of clients. 06/07 IV Building is modern in design and has semi-circular balconies on one side, while the other is a combination of local ”oyster stone” and blue glass. Situated right on the seafront overlooking Beach Victoria, with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and one of the main squares of the city of Cadiz on the other. City centre is located a short taxi or bus ride away.

En general mi estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria, las piscinas muy buenas, la playa al borde, la piscina cubierta correcta, el desayuno fantástico, en variedad y calidad. Tan sólo tengo una pequeña crítica y es con respecto a la moqueta de la habitación que estaba bastante sucia y manchada y la sábana de una de las camas tenía unos agujeritos. Sin embargo volvería y lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.

Modern hotel in Cadiz center. The Regio I Hotel is a very comfortable establishment ideal to have a unique stay in Cadiz. The Regio I Hotel is perfectly located inside the city, close to the Congress Palace, the Ramón de Carranza stadium and the famous Victoria Beach. Its 45 rooms are all exteriors, being carefully decorated in order to guarantee its guests' relaxation and contentment. All of them have full Bathroom, telephone, TV, free Wi-Fi connection and large terraces. The hotel also offers a pleasant snack-bar, social lounge, room service and car park. A very complete hotel situated in full center of Cadiz and with a very kind and professional staff.
Notice: 1. The Regio Hotel offers free 20 mega Wi-Fi service for the clients everywhere in the hotel. 2. The Jerez International Airport is just a 40-minute drive from the property.Situated 45 minutes from Jerez Airport and 1+1/2 hour from Seville Airport.
From Jerez Airport, you would take the Autovia A-4, south, until you would reach San Fernando, where you would connect to the A-48 in the exit 15, where you would come across a roundabout, wher you must exit on the left. Follow 1 kilometer and you will find a sign to the right (La Barrosa-Sancti Petri), following the signs about 3 kms until you come across a roundabout. The hotel is situated inmediately to your left.

Un magnifique hotel 5 étoiles,recent,aux normes internationales...Chambres design et spacieuses...Jolies terrasses privatives...
Trés beau buffet au petit dejeuner.Rapport qualité prix globalement satisfaisant pour un hotel de cette categorie en periode estivale.Service stylé et de qualité.
En revanche le prix du buffet le soir est excessif au regard des prix ordinairement pratiqués dans le pays ,nonobstant la qualité que nous avons pu constater au petit dejeuner.
L'hotel est dans une nouvelle zone residentlielle balneaire mais il ya peu de choix aux alentours en termes de restauration ....Peut être est ce là la raison de prix excessifs trouvés pour le dîner à l'hotel ... A noter les restrictions sur l'usage de certaines des piscines de l'hotel (certaines étaient interdites d'accés ,concentrant de fait les clients sur deux bassins )...
Globalement ,un sejour de qualité mais des efforts à faire en termes de discount pour les residents de l'hotel sejournant plusieurs jours...

La recepcionista con un trato excelente, las instalaciones nuevas y decoradas con buen gusto. Todo coincide con las fotos. La habitación limpia, con amenities propias de un hotel de 4 ó 5 estrellas y lo suficientemente amplia. El desayuno muy bueno, con variedad de embutidos, cereales y frutas.
