Meson Castilla

i found this hotel to be one of the best in the price. it was a way away from the beach but excellent for everywhere else. the breakfast was excellent. i very very nice place to stay. great wi fi. i couldnt fault this hotel in any way.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Although considered a budget accommodation, it skimped on nothing. The room was big enough, spotlessly clean, well air-conditioned, and quiet. The staff were helpful and professional across the board. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and well presented. Spacious common areas and a leafy terrasse, on which we had breakfast every morning, made for a perfect stay.

評価とは、あくまで支払った料金に対するサービスを得たか否かという観点で行うものと考えております。 当ホテルは、カタルーニャ広場・ランブラス通りから近いという立地の良さ、室内も清潔で風呂場の設備も問題無く（お湯の出やドライヤー）、また、スタッフも感じが良く、私の宿泊時の料金に対しては何も不満はありませんでした。（ツインの朝食付き） これ以上のサービスを求める方は、それ相応の料金を支払ってより上級なホテルに宿泊すべきでしょう。

このエリアは駅が複数使えて便利なので移動重視の方にはお勧めなホテル。 しかし、設備の老朽化が激しくエレベーターは手動でユックリ歩きより遅い。「アンティークな雰囲気」では済ませられない古さなので同じエリアの小規模ながら新しいホテルとはよく比較検討してから決めたほうがいいです。

Excellent location, small room, breakfast allright. I suppose the price is reasonable, compared to other hotels.

petits soucis à noter sinon bon dans l'ensemble : - prix de parking trop cher - petit déjeuner correct mais pas assez varié (fruits, yaourts nature) - informations locales insuffisantes

If you can remember the way to PLACE DE CATALUNYA or LA RAMBLA, this hotel is quite convenient, Just next to MACBA.

Room in front of Hotel was very noisy,we asked to be moved and were given a room at the back of hotel,this was very Quite and the same standard as the one we vacated.The staff at reception were very friendly and helpfull.

A great location at a very reasonable price! On previous trips to Barcelona I've either had to spend too much for a decent hotel, or stay in dumps. I wish I had found Meson de Castilla earlier! It's very near Plaza de Catalunya and Universidad metro stops; most tourist locations are within walking distance. The Spanish breakfast is very good (as long as you don't have an expectation of an English or American breakfast), and it is served in a wonderful dining room. WiFi in the rooms (free) worked adequately.

The hotel was great! Good breakfast, small room, but very well equipped. Wireless internet not always worked in the room, but in the hall worked perfectly. Very friendly staff. If I come back to Barcelona, I would stay there again. Be careful in the tube station with pick pockets!
