Bra hotell - value for money
Hotellet är nytt och de stora rummen har iPod-dockningsstation. Ett stort plus för en suverän frukost med bla chokladkaka :-) Stranden ligger ca 10 promenad från hotellet. Enda minus är att hotellet ligger lite avsides, ca 10-12 min från Ramblas.

sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel
Ab dem sehr freundlichen Empfang haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr exklusiv eingerichtet, teilweise sind die Möbel jedoch schon ein wenig abgewohnt.

Short walk from hotel
Falls Sie mit der U-Bahn und (schwerem) Gepäck anreisen, steigen Sie in der Station Glories zum mittleren Bahnsteig aus (Ausstieg in dieser Station auf beiden Seiten der U-Bahn möglich), weil Sie nur von dort zum Lift gelangen. Weiter fahren Sie mit der Straßenbahn L4 bis Station Pere IV. Von dort aus sind es nur mehr ein paar Meter in Fahrtrichtung bis zum Hotel.

Gutes Hotel...ruhige Lage...guter Service
Im Allgemeinem war alles in Ordnung. Guter Service tolles Zimmer...hoch modern und sauber! Leider hatten wir Probleme mit WLAN im Hotelzimmer. Der Zugang zum Internet war sehr sporadisch....mehr aus als an! Toilettenspülung sehr laut.....man konnte Spülungen von anderen Zimmern in der Nacht hören.

25th wedding anniversary treat
We really enjoyed out time at the ME Barcelona. There was a relaxed feel from the staff but they were attentive and quick to respond to our requests. The room was high quality and stylish and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the 18th floor over Barcelona was stunning and I could have stayed another few days for sure! The location is a little out of the way but the tram and buses go from just over the road and we didn't mind the journey into the centre of the city which took about 8/10 minutes. The transport system is very efficient.

Hotel Me Barcelona
This hotel was overall worth the money and was very nice. However, our first night there, the hotel lost power from 3am until 1pm the next day. The elevators were down and we had to climb 17 flights of stairs to get to our room and then were stuck up there with no food, power, etc until 1pm the next day. The room was very small but managable. Concierge and the front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money. Overall, a fine hotel for the money.

Definitely try renting a scooter if staying at this hotel. It is not in the most conveinent area of the city for the attractions, dining, and nightlife that you would want to visit. The scooter was easy to rent and saved a lot of money on taxi fares.

Power went out approx 10 times. Ceiling in the bathroom leaked. They said they would fix it, yet it leaked again. We had to switch rooms. Pool is melow and staff is slow. Water is too cold. Downstairs lobby bar had this horrific hotel music every night that made you want to go to sleep. Angels and Kings wasnt open until Thursday yet nobody was there. Hallways and elevators of the hotel were HOT HOT HOT. Staff was friendly yet not effective. Was about 10 min to beach and restaurants. That was the only plus. Would not stay ther again.
