El hotel nos gustó, nos dieron una amplía habitación. También está muy bien situado para lo que nosotras requeríamos, pero sin duda lo mejor a destacar fue el excelente trato del personal.

Good Location, Great Staff
Very handy location just a few blocks from bus and subway stops. Many eateries and coffee shops on the block. The staff was friendly and helpful.The photo of the pool was deceiving because it was actually the size of a large hot tub but the views were excellent and the waiter at the bar was very personable attentive. The room we occupied was claustrophobic and looked out on a utility shaft but because of the age of the buildings in the area I don't think you could do much better for the money. The room had a safe, full bath and was kept clean at all times.Don't even think about using the mini-bar...the prices are outrageous but the small fridge is handy for your own beverages.

Very friendly and helpful staff,hotel clean and well appointed.Room was quite spacious with balcony overlooking Barcelona.When checking in the receptionist picked up on the fact that it was my birthday and that evening when we got back to our room there was a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates waiting.

Muy buena localización. Las ha
Muy buena localización. Las habitaciones algo pequeñas pero correctas y con una gran terraza interior. No corresponde a un 4* sino a categoria inferior. Servicio bueno.

Just what we wanted!
We saw and did everything we had planned to do. Excellent staff gave directions and suggestions, and set up reservations. The hotel and lobby are beautiful and impressive; (the rooms are plain for a 4-star hotel). We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this hotel. La Regente es muy bonito.

Short walk from hotel
Don't miss touring both of Gaudi's houses. They are unforgettable, as is Sagrada Familia, which has really changed and progressed over the past 15 years. Take the tour bus- well worth the $ to buy the 2-day ticket for both the red and blue tours of the city...
